Today wasn't the best experience here. Waited very long to get someone to service. Then instead of coffee I get coke. Then she spilled the coffee on the table while pouring it. Then cleaned it with a dirty rag...The young man cleaning the table next to me started spraying the table getting some of that spray into my table, myself and my water....The place was packed but nevertheless the waitress did not stop by once to ask if needed something.... had to stop her while she walked by to get 1 napkin...

The place is nice and friendly.Good food and very good service ?Not the best in town but surely one of the most tasteful in town.
Hair in food, manager didn't apologize. Still had to pay for meals. Will NEVER return to any location. I was a customer for years. Prices have gotten outrageous. Manager had face tattoos and a bunch of facial piercings. Completely unprofessional. I hope they bankrupt. Unbelievable.

The once delectable pies have really gone down in quality and significantly up in price.I picked up two pies. The peach pie was a soggy mess. Peaches were old and dark in color. Had no taste. The pie had "bled" onto the box itself from the tin foil onto the box. I returned both pies. Very disappointing.The manager brought out a spoon to "test" the pie. Sure enough, it was a soggy mess.

I dont like the new decor....its like VI is trying too hard to be hip.The all you can eat menudo is consistently good...I would recommend it....order a second bowl when you get the first one, as the service can be slow.We got there at 930 on Saturday so we got seated right away...but when we left around 1045 the waiting area was standing room onlyDefinitely a good standby if your favorite menudo place isn't avaliable

I went to get take out just right now and witness a a worker giving attitude to another worker only for bumping into each other accidentally. The lady that bumped into her apologized in a nicely manner way. Unlike the other lady with long eye lashes that seemed like a manager, was completely unprofessional to her co worker. I believe that the environment in a restaurant should be as good as the environment within coworkers…. It makes the whole place a good place.
