This was a horrible experience! No one attended us for over 10 mins! The food was cold and dry. We had to flag the waiter countless times to get refills on our drinks. We will not be coming back!

If I could give this place a zero I would. Terribly staffed, kind of rude. Unorganized and just plain terrible. Be aware of this location, you will leave unsatisfied... never going to village inn because of this place. Ended up just walking out

I get to come to this Village Inn at least once a week, sometimes twice a week for work. There's been mostly good days here. I try to order different things but sometimes stick with the same foods I like. One of my favorites to order is the cobb salad. It usually has a good flavor and fresh ingredients. I really like the taste of the grilled chicken, blue cheese, bacon and avocado the most. The bits of crumbled cheese and hard boiled eggs also make it tasty. I like to load the salad with Ranch dressing. The salad is $9 and change. Something else I like to order is the 2-2-2 breakfast. This includes an egg (I order mine scrambled), bacon or sausage and three pancakes or slices of toast. I get the pancakes and bacon. It's $6 and change. The other day I felt like trying something different. I went with the strawberry crepes combo and it wasn't bad! It had glazed strawberries and whipped cream. The combo also comes with hash browns and your choice of two slices of sausage or bacon. I always take the bacon. It was around $10. The number one thing Village Inn is known for is their pies. All of the ones I've tried so far are delicious. I like the peach and brownie sundae pies the most. The brownie sundae pie includes nuts inside of it and a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. They usually offer seasonal pies. A pie is around $10-11. A slice of pie is $5-6, sometimes less (if I remember correctly). I recommend this Village Inn. FYI, for whatever reason it's super packed on Wednesdays around 10:30-1 p.m. They used to offer free slices of pie with a meal on Wednesdays but not anymore. I hope they'll do it again soon.

Disgusting. Eggs weren't just overcooked, they were burned, they stank, and may have been rotten. The rest of the meal was cut up and presented in such a way that it looked like a dog had chewed it up and spat it out. I won't be back, and I caution others to avoid the place at all costs.

Mediocre at best. Not what we have come to expect from this chain. Pancakes small and tasteless. Bacon burnt and slightly raw. Over easy eggs VERY over easy and very hash brown heavy. The whole plate was taken up with them. BTW check the coffee cups on the table. (Gross).

This is probably the worst village inn, the service was terrible, bad food presentation, and there was eggshells in the eggs and flavorless pancakes. Overall a bad experience. Never coming back. Do not recommend it . Just go to IHOP or Denny's

Never get a job at this place I'm a former employee .And I just want to reveal what goes on in this corporation I worked for once and I was a amazing server I even came out on reviews and honestly I love all my customers but yet it all went down to hell after my amazing manager Vicky quit she had the store running like no other. Then came along Adrian .So Adrian is a different story he is a joke as a manager honestly he's always grabbing his genetals and touching the food and that's just gross he is very unprofessional and in several occasions sexually harrased girls in the work place one day after I confronted him to tell him to stop and I gave him insight about his behaviors. I began to wonder if he was gonna try to get back at me a week later he tried getting me fired me on Christmas as soon as he saw the opportunity to get rid of me he jumped at it cuz the truth hurt his feelings so ok no biggie but I called corporate and told them about all the ungoing issues and they did nothing so this is the kind of clowns I worked with I would go in the dishes where filty with pulp and sugar dry milk and I was expected to serve in dirty dishes so I would was them by hand. Jose the kitchen manager never orders what the restaurant needs and at times dropped food and put it back on plates andrian does cocaine at work he's a big coke head at least wait till your off bro set the example and go get checked if you have so much discomfort in your genetals people don't appreciate you grabbing your private parts also STOP HITTING ON YOUR EMPLOYEES or poor girls that go apply cuz I heard twice girls didn't want to work for you cuz you made them unconfeterble that's not cool you are the gm and you should put the EXAMPLE ....and it's funny cuz cocaine gets out your system in two day so it will be hard to catch you .... Now Ruby she was a good manager but one day I was the only server and she agreed to go drink with me and let me go while she took tables meanwhile I went to buy beer and she let me drink inside of work yet this last time she found out I was drinking and made a big deal girl if you gonna go by the book go by the book always not only till it's convenient to you and now PJ and Ruby totally need to draw a line and stop being all over each other and PJ stop dating employees Corparate you failed as corporation and it's pathetic how all of you cover for each other and don't do what is right I've complained and you did nothing about it instead you gave me low blow but God sees everything that is being done and you guys will pay evetually Jose too he's a pervert he has all these sexual harrasment complains yet you this corporation is ok with little girls being sexually harrased ..... IT IS WRONG WOULD YOU LIKE YOUR DAUGHTERS BEING TREATED LIKE THIS BY MEN This is unacceptable behavior that should have consequences but of course it start from the top the main people in control hide all that is being done just for money student they won't respect your schedule no matter how many times you tell them so I learned from this and I walk out with my head up high cuz I'm standing up for what is right and this restaurant is dirty full of roches the food is uncoverd at night and the roaches have feast we have found them in the menudo and in Buffalo souce JOSE also serves slimmy food he even cooked the buffalo chicken sandwiches in the microwave who does that and PJ taught his employees how to drink at work in gas station cups and he would always go drink with me to the barsbut you guys want to go by the book only when it's convenient for you . And I'm also going to speak up in behalf of my previous managers village in is so mest up that they put so much pressure on their managers that they drive them to brake the rules and then they turn around and give you a bad history report not forgetting all they do for the restaurant and when managers have brought up issues of course you guy don't do nothing that why I'm writing this complaint and I hope every

I didn't like this restaurant at all. I have definitely had better breakfast food. I don't know if I received the bad batch but my potatoes were very dry, tasted old, and didn't really have any seasoning up there. I have most definitely had better. I was very disappointed in my meal. although the pancakes were good, but it's kind of hard to mess up pancakes. the reviews on this place were good, so we were anxious to go. I don't think I will be back.

Village Inn offers great, tasty, and affordable breakfast food all day. They have a kind and attentive staff. The pies are delicious and I often have a hard time deciding which one to get. Once I manage to decide, life is made even harder by having to choose whether to go a la mode or not. I love going with a big group of friends (one time we even brought a board game to play on the table while we ate). I enjoy meeting up with someone one on one and having a long chat, catching up on life as we share a slice of pie. I've also enjoyed going alone and making the most of the complimentary wifi and free coffee refills. It can truly suit all needs and settings. I recommend the build your breakfast option where you get to choose a bit of everything. (As previously referenced, I'm not very good at decisions). It's simple and quaint, but it's so familiar and I have made a lot of good memories there.

Growing up in El Paso I have always loved village inn more than other breakfast spots. Dine in service is great. However, their take out service for the past 5 times we've ordered has been terrible. They don't ever put silverware or butter or syrup for our pancakes (we've had to learn to ask). The second to last time, they even forgot to put our order in until we came to pick it up. This past time when we did ask for butter or syrup, they made it seem like it was a great feat having to go to the kitchen and bring us some. I understand accidents happen but when it's 5 times (at least) in a row, then something's got to change.

Went today and got 2 orders of menudo to go. While it was tasty, I found a extremely long black hair in my serving. I would suggest making sure all of your kitchen staff are wearing hair nets or have their hair up.

We were looking for something more than a Denny's and found it here. The place was comfortable, it reminded me of Sambo's from back in the day with their classic dinning furnishings. Everything was reasonably priced and the only place that I have ever been to that serves all you can eat $8.98 Menudo anytime. My only issues with the place was that it was so cold in there I forgot it was Spring time and the pancakes could use a touch of vanilla and or cinnamon.
