F&$.$: Walmart!!!!! Bought a battery 3 weeks ago died within a few days won't hold charge their machine says replace it. They won't charging me $$ to replace. Asked for refund they refused called corporate and they pretty much said their hands are tied. So $120 and 8 hours and half tank of diesel fuel. I still have no battery or replacement. I am stuck in the side of a road for 3 days now. No manager available. What the hell is wrong with corporate America? Bunch of theives

Wow Linda at Money Services was so rude for no reason. Why would you need to scroll through your phone while I'm trying to be checked out?

I went to buy a grocery items and other items that I needed, and did find them, but was disappointed to find a bit of an issue at the self-checkout. Now, I'm very thorough when I scan my things because I do not want to scan something twice, or skip something. With that, I am very slow. Well, the male supervisor overseeing us self-checkers was extremely terse. I felt rushed, when I asked him a question, he was not kind in answering me. I felt as though he was rushing me because he kept coming over and overseeing me, making me very uncomfortable. I did buy $372 worth of items, and maybe he was annoyed by the amount of time that I took, but there was not one single person behind me. I do not know what the issue was, but I found this visit to be pleasant until I had to encounter that cashier supervisor.

one of worse stores for good customer service because many are rude and don't care about their customers, especially the young employees.because i tried entering store from usual entrance and the two employees would not let me and i had excruciating pain and was losing balance. i just wanted to get in and out fast so i could come home and take my pain medication. i am 60 and disabled and these two employees showed no compassion, empathy, no caring and calloused. they made me walk all the way to the other side of building entrance. i parked on handicap close to side of area where i would be closer to get what i needed fast. i am handicap and no consideration after i told both employees of how bad my pain was but they did not care . each extra step was horrible for me to have to walk and there was no line on my usual entrance !!! i did complaint to store manager carlos.

Kudos on the curbside pickup service offering. While this store was under renovation, I had no patience for running around the store several times over in an attempt to find relocated items. A colleague suggested I try pickup service. I absolutely endorse the experience. I rarely go inside the store these days. My cart (compiled on the Walmart Grocery Shopping app) is focused on only the things needed and the variety of items that can be included is fairly broad. I save time and avoid potential impulse purchases. The store substitutes items that are not in stock (with your permission), and has done an excellent job over 6 months of purchases. The produce selections are fresh and absent of bruises. Chilled items are kept at an appropriate temperature until pickup. There is no surcharge for orders over $30, and the store recently introduced home delivery for $7 or less. Overall, a satisfying shopping experience.

Had an issue with a return at another store, and stephanie from services and a guy from the sport area made it right. Thank you

Meh, it's walmart. It has most everything, at decent prices, but it's still Walmart. They have self service lanes that work so so and often require assistance several times during a transaction. The place is average clean and needs better restocking on weekends.

If you got anything bad to say about this Walmart then I say you haven't been to a lot of them. I have and in many other states and this one is one of the best ones I have seen, it is not perfect in many ways, such as customers leaving their carts right in the middle of the isles like they are the only ones that shop at Walmart. Employees social gatherings every where. Employees not offering help when is clearly that customers need it, some have denied help because they are on break, I had to get s supervisor involved. Cashiers not welcoming customers as they approach their location, and allowing others to hover around while you are trying to punch in pin numbers, I had to get 2 teens out of my back so I could make my financial transaction, and supervisors not correcting this issues, to me that is lack of respect and total courtesy, maybe I'm getting to old and grouchy. Let's talk about products. Produce is class C, fruit is class C, the other night I went to get some stuff and there were no bananas in the shelves and no alternatives. I like this Walmart and I think it could be the best in Horizon City but the community have to do something about it, if not it will be just like every other Walmart out there. I appreciate Walmart being here, but Admin needs to work harder.

I love the pick up service. Have used it several times and every time the employees are friendly and helpful. I don't really ever go inside anymore. lol. Just order online and schedule a pick up.

This is one of the worse off Walmart's The staff sticking shelves will have their baskets blocking the walk ways I can understand having it off to the side but these workers keep them clear in the center if the walk. The whole store is freezing we're in the middle of Dec 37* outside and it's warmer outside than it is in the store. Just getting around was hard because of all the workers baskets of the empty baskets. The cashier is what made everything ok. She was kind and worked fast. Asked if we forgot anything and if so she can send the guy to go get it for us. We didn't but it was a nice offer.

My 11 year old son received a gift card from his father who is in Florida for $100. We used the card at the Walmart store #3661 purchase $9.66 and $5.01. When we went back to use the card on October 7, we were told the card had a zero balance. There was a transaction on 10/5/17 18:25 in the amount of $85.33 that zeroed the gift card. My son has always had the possession of the gift card and there is no such store number that exists for Walmart. My son was so upset and crying. I spoke to the manager for Store 3661 and was told there is nothing they could do. I also called the 1800 behind the card and 1800 Walmart and was told there was nothing they could do. How can Walmart not be able to keep this gift card safe or have any transaction history? I expect to be given at least store credit in the amount of $85.33.I have called and have been given the run around I even sent an email on a store experience but I didn't get anyone that cared enough. This scam has been going on for a while because it seems Walmart has hackers in there system and that is how they are able to wipe out the gift cards. I have attached the receipts and gift card image.

I'm pretty fond of this particular Walmart because my dad and I used to go here a lot when we lived in El Paso. The variety of items here is very good. We have bought food, towels, furniture, games, books, clothes, and a bunch of other things here. Dad is a huge ice cream fan and he often bought different kinds of ice cream from this store. If you go shopping at an hour deep into the night like 2 AM, you may find it a little hard to find a cashier, and also sometimes the aisles are partially blocked by cleaners, but that's kind of to be expected at that hour. Nice place to shop overall.

After living here a few years and having to come here many times, I've grown used to the chaos. This location offers online order and free pickup, and doing that has been wonderful. If you can avoid going into the store, then the location really isn't so bad. Every time I've used the free pickup service, it has been perfect. Every item there, not almost expired items, and always on time. Like most walmarts, the produce isn't good, so I usually get mine at the nearby Albertsons. If you prefer Walmart, there's a neighborhood location down the street with much better produce.

This one is a nicer one of El Paso. I use to go to the one on Dyer but this one seems more organized and well stocked. Had friendly cashiers and no problems with crowds, this may be due to what time of day you shop.
