They close early, shut off monitors at 1am. When clearly online and on the app shows 2am closing time. I pull up on the dt to pick up an online order and its closed. They took about 15 minutes to finally come to the window saying they close early now. I asked to speak to the manager but was told there was no manger just employees. They accepted my order on the app and was processed it did not let me cancel. I also call the the restaurant the next day and no answer. Wendy's what is going on???
The breakfast sandwich was sooooooo good. The place is always clean.

The manager with orange hair got my order wrong, then proceeded to still charge me for a barbecue sauce. When I gave her back the nuggets order she got wrong, she tossed them in the trash. From my understanding, fast food establishments shouldn’t take back food from customers after they’ve touched them. She didn’t apologize for getting my order wrong and was extremely rude when handing me back the bag of nuggets. Save yourself the time and anger and don’t go to this location. They need a new manager.

Theres this really rude employee here she's always wearing a bow in her hair she purposely kept talking to me in Spanish even tho she knows I only speak English and she speaks English too she handed me very cold food and she yelled at me and had an attitude with me the entire time I was here I recommended not coming here and getting food from that employee

Super bad cx service, cold food, I asked to get me food replaced and I get an attitude from the drive thru. At the end I got my money back and they took the food, I'm still hungry, mad and I can't get nothing else since I'm going to work

We went there because it was new. Kids hadn't had a frosty in a while. We went, it was dirty but I thought perhaps due to being busy. Kids loved the spooky spoons, so we went again the next day for frosties and the place was even dirtier. So I said, no. We will never go to this Wendy's location again.
Hours are wrong.
I'm writing this review after going through the drive through at the Yarborough and North Loop location.
I've had a messed up order or two from this place and I was still lenient enough to give them the benefit of the doubt. However now that I've continually had bad experience after bad experience with THIS location in particular, I feel dutifully obliged to report my findings. This location is in SERIOUS need of management training. Someone here clearly doesn't wash their hands enough. This location's salads in particular are largely inedible, and I'm not talking about unattractive looking food, no. I'm not a wasteful person. I'm talking about shriveled slivers of slimy tomato so fermented my dog wants to ROLL on them. I try hard to find the good in the bad, but this Wendy's really doesn't give a flying anything about the product they give to their customers. Zero out of five stars for this ENTIRE month. Good riddance.

My burger was the only thing that was decent. Can't even eat the chicken because it seems like they were made the day before. Currently making food now for my pregnant wife that was craving nuggets and a chicken sandwich. This is my first time running across this issue with this location.

I'm dumb and keep going back and giving them chances but this is the last time. It shouldn't take 38mins in drive thru to get a 10 piece nuggets, a burger and two frosties. Horrible time management, and they always give melted frosties and cold food with craptastic attitude. I'm goimg back to the one on Zaragoza. This place sux!!

this location closes earlier than they are supposed to tried to come after work and they didn’t take my order they ignored me shut the lights off fully saw me and acted dumb.
Too cold to sit down and eat inside.
