I've been to the Eastlake location on thus occasion and twice before where they are not able to scan the QR code for points on the loyalty program and their receipt machine isn't working either, so no way to claim points for the purchase. I don't think I'll be going to this location any more.

I had a great experience at this Wendy’s. The employees were very sweet, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service from the moment I walked in. My order was taken with a smile, came out quickly, and everything was correct. It’s so nice to be treated kindly. Thank you to the team working today!

Aughhh!! Horrible costumer service i was waiting to take my order like 10m then i went into the window i told the lady who was taking the orders that i was waiting about 10m she ingore me , she didnt even smile or explian enything i was going to tell her to check the speaker she didnt even could hear me she kept reapiting what i was saing then when i proceed to the window she had a horrible attitude then thats when i told her i was waiting for you take my order she didnt care !! Plus evrything of her was just odd very rude lady if i knew her name i will post .
She is over waight she could't even walk.

Came to grab a quick bite with my son before heading home he wanted a frosty cup they had for Halloween but the manager said they hadn’t come in yet. The manager saw my son was upset and offered him a free frosty and my self as well. And kept checking on us to make sure everything was ok and if we needed anything else. Extremely satisfied with our experience. This manager was definitely someone who went over and beyond for his customers. Definitely will be coming back !

The food is good, but they are short staffed. I walked up to the counter, and it took them over 5 minutes to get my order. I was literally the only person inside the restaurant. They would look at me, and then just walk away, granted, they looked busy, but still.

This is an edit to my original review which was one star. Looks like new management really turned this place around. My order has been correct the past few times, the chili beans are more hearty, and service has been a lot faster.

I just ordered through drive through not to long ago (around 6pm 7/22) I haven't had any issue until now, I asked for no onions for all four of the $4 meals and for two of the bags to have the spicy ranch sauce. The burgers ALL have onions, all of the bags had BBQ sauce and the girl at the second window was so rude I was about to ask if I could get the free small frosty because I bought the Keychain a while back but she closed the window before I could even ask.
It's not the food that's upsetting it's the employees that disappoint do better 😒
