I asked for no mayo and put a big glob of mayo that just spills out of burger on every bite. Took 4 napkins to wipe it off. Fries were old and burnt. Chicken nuggets over cooked and dry the sauce could not make it taste better.The only thing good was the dr pepper.

The ppl working there are all kids and they play so much I had to get my food re made bc they thought it would be funny to make it all bad the girl working there had a attitude and was mean mugging me i hope I don’t catch that b1tch out best believe she will catch a round. How sad is that. Usually they forget to give me a straw or ketchup or any sauce when I mention it. But this time it looks like somebody took a bite out of my cheeseburger. I open it up and this is what it looks like. Not happy at all especially when I'm on my way to work and I have to work all night. Try to get me something to eat on the way to work. This is ridiculous.

Ordered on the drive thru today March 24th at about 4:15 pm and ordered 2 baconators 1 baked potato with Chili beans and we recieved the potato and chili beans a small burger and an double with is not what I ordered, it's not hard to get these kids to double check orders. By the way corporate will be hearing about this

I usually eat at this Wendy’s ever since I moved on Eastlake but today it was disappointing. They got our order wrong, they forgot one of our drinks, and the fries were overdone and barely edible, and we couldn’t dispute it because they didn’t give us our receipt back. And for some reason the dressing on my mom’s salad was already opened. The staff people are usually chill but today they were really condescending and dismissive. Do better.
