Really bad service I stayed there for like 5 minutes looking at the guys and none of the was able to take my order. I finally left without eating but there is more people behind me and they are there waiting till they are seen.

They unfortunately remodeled this place & followed the trend of so many other foodchains... Small tables with limited seating all crammed near each other for zero privacy, & topped it off with a vary unappealing black & white theme

Came here today, 7/13 and Mia (manager for morning shift) was the only employee on site. Despite her being alone, she delivered with good quality and even through there was a wait, she delivered with great service.

Ordered a cobb salad, and it had a weird smell and taste. I asked the young lady if she could exchange it, to which she did, but it still had the same smell. I just threw it away and left. The soft drink machine was also dispensing flat drinks.

Unbelievable, but then again, not really! I just went through drive thru and ordered several combos for my family. I asked over their system, then to the cashier for ketchup. He assured me it wa in the bags! Of course, now I'm home and No Kerchup and one of the burgers is wrong!

Ordered 6 biscuits with sausage they were good asked for 2 senior coffee. Coffee was cold and both small cups were half full. The kid waited on me gave me a hard time about the free coffee he needs to know I'v been going to Wendy's before he was born.
