I went to buy the apple pecan salad and a bacon burger and when I got home instead of getting pecans I got onions, and dressing was ranch instead of the raspberry dressing.

Nope. I think it's time to take all WKS owned food places off my list. Never again will I eat at a wks owned company. Food is cold, nasty, over fried ? just cold grease and crusty fish. Absolutely unedible....shame on you. Nothing I paid 12 dollars for was edible! Couldn't even drink the ...whatever the hell that was ...absolutely disgusting ?

Horrible service, whoever worked tonight was disgusting and spit in our food. They couldn't keep their composure long enough to get through the ordering process and laughed the entire time. And thought they were being slick talking Spanish saying I was going to blast them on TikTok . 0/10 do not recommend and management needs to find better people than whose there.

Placed a mobile order. When we got to the drive through the person who confirmed our order was a little snippy, but we initially overlooked it— especially since the holiday was yesterday. They sent us to the second window, but the worker-who seemed new- started to give us the wrong order.When we tried to correct them, they stated they didn’t see our correct order—even though they sent us to the second window after confirmation.A manager took over and asked if we went to the right spot and when we placed the order. Realized she was the one who confirmed our mobile order at the drive thru. Showed them the email confirming that it was the right location and that it was within the last ten minutes.Didn’t know the offer that we purchased off the app saying she never heard of it before. There was never any problem solving as to why they didn’t receive our order. Told us “well we’ll make your order anyway” which felt frustrating since their location was the correct one in the first place.We had special instructions that weren’t able to be done since they made our entire mobile order on the fly and got my drink wrong. Overall seemed like bad communication skills and zero problem solving abilities from someone in a management position. You will not find me going back to this location.

Everyone knows Wendy's food so this review will be specifically for this location. The restaurant is larger than most other locations and there is plenty of seating. They have a CocaCola Freestyle machine which I really like. Floors and tables are a lot cleaner than other locations. Food seems to be fresher at this location as other stores seem to give me cold fries and old chicken nuggets. Not here, the food has been very fresh. Polite staff and good management offer great service and that really is what makes this location one of the best in town. Way better than Mesa street. I'd go out of my way to come to this store. A+
