Ive never once have left a negative review on a business before because i do not believe in judging working people. I usually giving the business the benefit of the doubt. This location costed me money when i came to pick up an uber order and the customer ordered ice cream. When i arrived to the restaurant the lady working advised me the ice cream machine was broken. For some odd reason there was no choice to substitute the ice cream when the customer said a small Hi C juice would suffice. I was told twice to just cancel the order and nothing was able to be done. Which also negatively affects me and costed me $22.

Went to get the frosty special at the Montana and Rich Beem El Paso Texas. Couldn't even get what we wanted as machine was out of chocolate ice cream. So all frostys were vanilla based as no chocolate..Knew there was a problem when it took 30 mins to make 3 frostys.. NOT PREPARED FOR THE ORDERS.. Hope the frosty taste good or???

Most slow service anyone can offer if there was a competition between sonic on edgemere and this Wendy’s it would be a tied the people working in both restaurants are very slow and uneducated

I normally love Wendy's but this location was off its game today. I ordered pickle, onion, mustard only on one single... discovered no onions after I got home. Second sandwich was lettuce, tomato, mayo only... they added cheese after I specifically said no cheese. And the chili that I normally love from Wendy's despite the bad hype people always dishes out about it... was more like onion soup.... the onions were so strong and off-putting with literally half a spoon of mostly uncooked onions in every bite. Pretty sure I won't return to this location again.

Worst Wendy's I've ever been to in my life! I ordered a chocolate frosty, I got vanilla. I ordered no salt fries through the app, I go very very salty fries. I ordered nuggets, fries, a chicken sandwich, and a burger, and requested ghost pepper ranch... but I got none! I avoided allowing them to put condiments because it's usually soaked in it! Yuk! This was all in one order! Worst Wendy's ever!!!
Always close their frosty machine early.
