They are so rude here and the place is so dirty you can tell they dont pay attention to detail. They are always messing up with mobile orders and half of the staff has no idea what's going on. Such a shame. But good thing is mcdonalds is across the street.

They forgot part of the order and would not give refund for item. GM only gave me until the end of day to return for my missing item. Contacted corporate and they voiced the restaurant IS ABLE to give me a refund over the phone and it is NOT customary to refuse refund. Corporate gave full refund and gave complaint to the District Manager. I will not return and the rating fits the restaurant. Go to Zaragoza.

We frequent this Wendy’s and stopped to grab some lunch on the way home. They completely forgot one of my meals so I had to circle around and ask for it. The food all tasted very old like it had been sitting out for a while and the iced coffee I got tasted sour like it was spoiled.

Used drive thru to get some frostys for the kids, tried all the new frostys they have, the original chocolate is still the best.
We’ve given this place many chances and they almost always disappoint. They either forget all of your items or barely try when preparing your food. They literally don’t care about good service.

The restaurant was clean and organized. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The food was prepared fast but sadly the quality of the patties is absolutely terrible. Nothing like they used to be before. Also the shredded lettuce is not good at all.
