Placed a mobile order, went to pick it up via drive thru. I give the kid my name... no we dont have an order for that name? Are you sure? I asked for the address. My app says I placed it at this location, with this name, can you check again. We dont have anything under that name. I even called an what a surprise... no answer.

I was helped by Alex at the register today and he was awesome! Friendly and quick to take our order and help us out. I over heard him talk to other customers and made them laugh. I appreciate the store being clean and the food was good. Thank you. 🙏🏼

The restaurant is dirty, debris all over, slow service, received order WRONG and waiting forever.
Disappointing lunch hour. I will not be returning to this Wendy's. HORRIBLE. Also while we were eating another customer opened their salad and found a HAIR in the salad! 🤢 Wendy's on Montana and Geronimo in El Paso,TX and so many business in a block radius ALONE. Step it up, this location is surrounded by tons of businesses in that area alone and you are losing business. My boyfriend and I will not be returning. NOPE.

It’s incredible how they always manage to get your order wrong. It has happened to me not once, not twice, not thrice but four times! (They do sure charge you though) The first ones I said okay whatever, kept happening I got mad the last time I just wanted to see if it’s just a thing this restaurant does and yup it is. I wanted to address it and the guy just plain ignored me. I Wanted to complain to the manager but for what I see in reviews, the manager is just as awful huh, no wonder! So why bother. Abomination of a restaurant.

I hope you have a car because the drive through is your only option. If you plan on ordering in, you will wait til Jesus christ is reborn and then you'll get your food. Please do not walk in... I advise you to make car noises at rhe drive through if you dont have a car because this place is pathetic

THESE PEOPLE ARE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. had to go up there 3 times… 1 because they got my partners sandwich wrong. again because they gave me a cold sandwich and then finally bc they gave me the wrong sandwich AGAIN. mind you we were the only people in the restaurant and when i went up there to ask her to resolve the issue she rolled her eyes and gave so much attitude. also why are your employees massaging each other in the back and refusing to help people in the front. you need new employees.
