Breakfast was terrible eggs were greasey biscuits under cooked 4295 1119 3306 Potatoes cold coke products were week. Overall very poor. Service was very slow stood at counter 4 minutes before I got Service.

They appeared to be "Out of business." Sign said they open at 7am. 7:22am nothing. The telephone number listed is not working.
Coffee cold, cold food, no one at the front to attend. Waited 10 minutes at the register for anyone to realize they have customers waiting. The worst service. The staff is not present, the manager is in the back n not on top of it. This was us ordering at 3 pm no drive thru vehicles no customers in the lobby, and no staff on site at the register to acknowledge we were there. There was no ketchup on the containers. Its a spot i probably wont come to anymore nor recommend anyone to get a hot meal at. When we asked to heat the coffee they never said it's ready we had to go n again wait at the register to see when they'd come up and give us a hot cup of coffee.

Horrible customer service from employees and managers. They are so busy rushing you at the drive thru that they don't even listen and cut you off mid sentence as well as close the window on you when you're asking for something. If you ask a question about your order they'll give you attitude, ignore you, or laugh instead of being friendly and patient.
I paid extra for certain add-ons which they didn't even give me, but charged me anyways and when I asked about it they just cut me off. Food tasted horrible like it had been sitting there for a while and not fresh at all. I won't be going back and I don't recommend this location at all unless you want rude customer service and bad quality food.

It was 143 am I was there to pick up an Uber order the staff was hiding pretending the store is closed. They kept peeking out at me. When they finally noticed I wasn't leaving a gentleman came to the window to help me

I had the most pleasant drive thru experience when i just stopped by. The person working the drive thru was patient when i asked for a moment at the menu, very attentive when i asked certain questions but what i liked most was his customer service. It was spectacular and joyful. 10/10 would come back just because of this gentleman
