How disgusting found hair on my food went back cause they couldn’t answer the phone my husband went inside and manger (he)got bothered about the situation all he ask if what do we want to do about the situation so sat and waited all he did was give us $2 for the mistake they made

Not a good day at Wendy’s N Mesa in El Paso, Texas! Went through the drive thru. Had to go back for my Frosty they forgot and didn’t realize they had forgotten my double stack until I got home! So frustrating!

Great place to spend a while. Fresh food at all times. Nice staff. Breakfast should last longer especially during summer,that would be a fantastic option to have.
We went in for lunch today and from the start the young lady at the cash register was rude. Immediately with an unpleasant tone she took our order whilst clearly rolling her eyes at the prospect of taking our order. The food took a while to get and once we got our order, it was incorrect. The burger was ordered plain and with only ketchup. We got a burger with everything on it. When it was brought up to the attention of the girl at the register she rolled her eyes and stated “ why don’t you just eat it”…….are you kidding me!!? well because that’s not how it was ordered!. Simply put why don’t you just put the order in correctly!??. Next the nuggets are supposed to come with sauce. We didn’t get any sauce, and once we asked for some the girl tossed them like she was feeding an animal. Horrible service that shouldn’t be happening. If you hate your job that much you shouldn’t be there messing with peoples food. All around it was a terrible experience at this location. We will not be going there any longer.
