Have gotten patty on burgers burnt. They are overly cooked making them thin and rubbish. This USED to be my favorite but no longer enjoy them. Very diasappointed

Placed a mobile around 1ish and my husband went to pick it up and you guys were closed?!?! If your gonna put your open till 2 AM then BE OPEN or change your hours.

Attention management and corporate management just a heads up I used to love Wendy’s today 6/23/25 @ exactly 9:20 pm placed a mobile order pulled up to receive the order wasn’t ready for 25 minutes asked to park in the mobile waiting area received out order got home and order was incorrect ordered pickles on a sandwich didn’t get any pickles very messy preparation of the order orders two combos on one of the combos didn’t receive any fries when it was supposed to come with medium fries ordered a tea and lemonade tasted flat and stale and watered down with no ice like it had sitting around for 20 minutes horrible experience (night crew needs to get it together) AKA RE-Train the members who were prepping meals to pay attention to order details bunch of kids working tonight

When came to Wendy's drive thru around 1am, January 14th. My husband works nights so we usually have dinner pretty late but neither of us felt like cooking. The two gentleman in the store were quick and polite and the food was delicious and hot. Thank you so much for your service guys! Youre the best!
