Just shut the whole store down they don’t even deserve one star i received COLD food and was told I could NOT get my money back but wouldn’t give me fresh food because the manager thought it was hot to her I will be calling store manager and corporate if need to you don’t give out food you yourself wouldn’t eat this was the worse service I have received since being in El Paso this was so disappointing the whole team needs to be fired especially the manager that little short lady she lied and was rude

The food was cold by the time I received it bc they had the burgers sitting off to the side for nearly 15 minutes. The staff doesn’t acknowledge the customers. I watched a man walk out bc no one greeted him or took his order. Absolutely horrible service at the Wendy’s on Dyer in El Paso TX.

Went for a quick breakfest and got the new Honey Butter Chicken biscuit and it was great. The chicken is a slider size but really thick,the biscuit was nice and fluffy not dry it was sweet and savory at the same time. Great buy at a $1.00 and I got a large drink for $1.00. Great deals for you buck. BREAKFEST DEALS FOR A LIMITED TIME ONLY.

They never get the order right and when you go back to get it fixed, the manager was on his phone and ignored me at the counter. When he finally looked up he did tell the cook to fix it but the cook argued with him saying that it was correct. After they went back and forth they finally fixed it. Terrible service
If im paying for a large chili its so that I can get more, im not paying for a large to get a larger bowl with thr same amount of a small thats absolutely ridiculous. I didnt even get it up to the recommended line you guys have on the cup. I've worked for wendys before and its not that hard to pour chili into a bowl, if its that hard for you to do something as simple as that you shouldnt be working there. Yall being stingy as hell like if it came out of your pocket, youre the employees dont be ridiculous!
