Maybe when you interview people you should make sure they can count, not once but 3 times had to remind them how many I ordered and then gave an attitude because I wanted a receipt, do better.

On Saturday, February 22, we went to buy Baconator sandwiches and the worker was very rude and since she was wearing a mask we couldn't understand her. When we got to pay at the window she told me how much money I had to pay and I told her how much? And he repeated it again, but yelling at me, so I told him, don't yell at me, you're the worker and I'm the customer. I got very angry and I told him that if he doesn't like his job, he should leave, why do we have to put up with the bad attitude of these frustrated workers before eating? By the way, another worker was present at that time. Any job is decent and they must respect the customer. I was not rude. I just demanded that he not yell at me. I am an older person but I behave politely when the moment calls for it. Now I will never shop at Wendy's again because of that bad worker.

Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich but it was too hard. It seems like they refried it. The customer service was great young lady that took our order was very polite & thanked us.

Seems this location is disappointing every time I go....the staff always look unhappy and most often are rude. Once the soda machine wasnt working and the worker just shrugged saying "it's not telling me anything is wrong" when it either wouldnt dispense the drink right or at all (she didnt even actually test it) then got everyone who showed up after me their drinks before ever asking me when they all said the same thing I did, another time they let someone take my meal without hesitation, they forget things in the meals, and this time they struggled scanning my deal and the manager was rude about it...the cashier had to get help from someone else who wasnt even in uniform

Drive thru super busy inside the lobby busy people waiting for like 45 minutes just for food I waited in line for 25 minutes and never got my order taken this is the second time there's seven people working and they're all worried about the drive-thru or Uber eats this is ridiculous no one working the front counter why there's a bunch of people waiting for food and the orders to come out they only come to the front counter when they feel like it The manager was a complete horrible person to her employees cussing them out and everything I'll have to go to a different Wendy's because I do not appreciate coming to a place like this ever again
