Went to drive thru at 2:13am when it said they closed at 3am. Both on Google maps and on their windows. Staff answered saying they were closed.

This used to be my family's favorite restaurant location, but since the face-lift it has recently received, the people who now work there (in the times we have visited) are very rude and so "enthusiastic" to be working there. One can tell that the young man who takes the orders through the drive thru doesn't want to be working as he rushes through getting your menu items while sounding like it costs him so much to do so. Tonight, the young lady who was at the first window, where payments are taken, had such a sour attitude as I tried to use a coupon for $5 off my family's order. I presented my coupon and had my card ready, all while she kept the window closed and stared at me as if using a coupon was such a difficult task and how dare I make her work more than what she should. After she scanned the qr code, she repeated the same total as before. When I asked why the total amount was the same, she said that I could only scan one coupon at a time, yet I was not even trying to have her scan the qr code a second time. She rolled her eyes, slammed down the scanner, and repeated my total amount, so I kindly told her to cancel the order before earning a sigh, eye roll, and a sarcastically said, "Okay." I drove off and headed to a different Wendy's, feeling disappointed about how I was treated tonight. Hopefully those two employees are able to overcome their attitudes.

After I got to the front of the line I had to wait another 5 minutes for them to find someone who spoke English to take my order. Wendy's on North Loop, El Paso.
is sad my vintage wendys is gone gred memories I know they have to change, but it was the only place to enjoy and escape from all the new stuff but they have good customer service

Horrible service. The staff was very rude. The person who gave me my order was rolling his eyes as if I was bothering him. My order was not complete and I asked for a reimbursement of what I felt I deserved back because I didn't get what I ordered and I was given .54 cents. Horrible location, Horrible staff, horrible services. Horrible everything with this Wendy's. Avoid this location as much as possible or go to other restaurants.

Not worth eating here. Filthy EVERYWHERE! Table, high chair, drink machine....gross. People behind the counter are just there to collect paycheck, no smile no nothing. Should of took the empty restaurant as a sign and ran but we stayed cause we were hungry. Chicken sandwich was dry and rubbery, fish sandwich well....ill leave it at that. Cant wait for the new one down the street on North Loop and Yarborough to open. Hopefully it'll be better and worth it.
