I went in because I had a coupon for $5 off my order. But when I tried using it the cashier kept asking me what coupon I was trying to use, I explained to her it was for $5 off a $25, my order was clearly over $25 but she still told me it wouldn’t work. Until I found out later that she only charged me for half of my order, instead of all of it at once, so I wasn’t able to use my coupon. Afterwards I tried to get ice for my drink, but their soda dispenser was out, so I went to the front counter to ask for ice. Seeing as we were the only customers there, I one would expect that you wouldn’t have to wait a long time before one of the crew members would ask if you needed anything, but I was wrong, instead of helping me they decided to just chat amongst themselves. At this point I tried calling someone over to help me, and finally one of the employees came over to ask me what I needed, I told her I wanted ice, she said ok, then walked away, I guess in hopes someone else would help me. I flag the manager on duty down and asked for their GM’s number, to which he replied that she wasn’t in the store, and I told him that that’s why I needed their number. He went off into the back and came back with a number as seen in the picture. After I messaged the number, for some reason the entire staff decided to go lock themselves in a room in the back. Leading me to believe that the number they gave me was not the right number. I’ve also included a picture of the store unattended because they all decided that they needed to go talk in the back than actually help customers. Overall foods good, customer service is the absolute worse.

Why can't this location get it right. It's fast food lol. Make sure you check your food before you leave from the drive thru. The fries were reheated/ too crispy and I asked for spicy nuggets. The girl at the first window barely acknowledged me, said how much I had to pay and didn't ask if I wanted my receipt and gave me my card.

If I can give them no stars I would I stood in line inside for like over 10 min and these people were seeing a line and 2 of us walked out. No acknowledge , no service , the staff sucks. I’ve never been to a Wendy’s that’s so rude and disrespectful and just the people that work her have no manners. At least say I’LL BE RIGHT WITH YOU, but nope this girl kept seeing us and just oblivious, they had headsets on, the shift is during 1:30pm on this day 1/18/24. They suck never again. I highly don’t recommend coming here.

Things have definitely improved at this location. My online order was perfect! Beautifully made and neatly packaged. I loved it! Customer service was awesome while picking up my order from the drive thru. I was asked to pull up but it was no big deal. The little things. You all made my day and my dinner was amazing, thank you!
