Let’s not forget they play with the headset don’t listen to order and have to retake order again at window cuz they playing and laughing

I ordered a 5$ Texas Biggie Bag and they put mayo on the sandwich, which it does not come with, and this caused my fiance to have an allergic reaction. Lucky we keep Epi Pens around. Tried to call multiple times to this location but they never picked up. Pay more attention to detail please.

Came to this store..wanted chill but they didn't have.and the girl offers baconator fries and we get cheese fries with stripes od bacon on top instead of diced like it supposed too..they shouldn't be working there if job isn't done right after offering items ..bad store..

I love the food from Wendy’s. This Wendy’s has always been exceptional but I’m only writing this review because there was an incident with what I’m assuming is the manager who was yelling and degrading an employee calling him words that shouldn’t be said to employees, I don’t believe the experience I had was a reflection of the values that this establishment has tried to uphold for years.

Why are they so stingy with the BBQ sauce? The economy is not that bad that giving an extra sauce or 2 is like asking for a kidney. Or if it comes out their paychecks. Also, I ordered via door dash and when I ordered large fries with my food, they gave me a small. Do better Wendy's

They attempted to give us the wrong flavor of frosty, then the lady at the window unprofessionally got mad at the employee who made the frostys in front of us and when the male who remade our order correctly brought them out he was rude. On top of all that, there ended up being a hair in the lid of the frosty. Didn't even bother to take it back after that ridiculous experience. Avoid this location at all costs.

my experience was so BAD. my uncle was trying to order his food and the cashier left the counter to answer his phone call😑. the cashier was sooooo slow. there was trash everywhere, no napkins, no ketchup, dirty drink fountain, sticky floor and disgusting tables🤮 the food looked so old, soggy, hella salty and tasted like old feet. 0/10 for my family and I. do better.😒🤢 bad food, BAD SERVICE, bad inside.
