I thought I’d come in to this Wendy’s for a nice late dinner first time I’ve ever been yelled at by a manager because I couldn’t understand what she was saying she kept repeating over and over if I wanted jalapeños and I kept saying no nice simple order ordered basically a chicken BLT sandwich meal And a large chili with cheese and onions seem simple yes but apparently not to her. She kept yelling back my order and to top things off on her shirt. It says she is the general manager well apparently she should not be in charge of this place. It really pissed me and my family off. Something needs to be done. I don’t feel I should be disrespected for something I didn’t do. I ended up asking for a ranch and a barbecue sauce and she turns around and wants to charge me for everything very very unprofessional. I will come back again, but hopefully things get changed.

I got the baconator and honestly it’s been a while since I had Wendy’s so when I bit into that burger it was like that ratatouille scene where the food critic is taken back to his childhood. Yeah that was me. I also didn’t eat pretty much all day but it was still amazing

WORST SERVICE EVER ...Just went by and ordered a Dave's single , n a large soda... she says $6.48... I drive up give her a $10, then she says it's not enough so o give her an Xtra $5... she gives me back $3 and change in quarters.. I then get home . There's a burnt cookie in the bag.. and a Plain Burger with nothing on it...except cheese... Worst Customer Service Ever.. WILL AVOID THIS RESTAURANT .. oh and they didnt give me a receipt either.. I looked for it......

Awful customer service. Manager hung up on me. Called because I ordered thru wendys app for delivery and was missing 2 small chillies. Never got them. Manager answering the phone hung up on me. In the middle of conversation saying he bag the order himself and it was there. Never ordering from any wendys again. This is not the first time either.

Any other time I order during the day everything comes out perfect! But when I order during work around 1AM HUGO gets my order wrong EVERY TIME!!!!
Worst ever today was the last visit gave them. Chance after first disaster made with the food order today was with the frostys they look like milk and the manager made it seem like I didn’t know what frostys are
Let’s not forget they play with the headset don’t listen to order and have to retake order again at window cuz they playing and laughing

I ordered a 5$ Texas Biggie Bag and they put mayo on the sandwich, which it does not come with, and this caused my fiance to have an allergic reaction. Lucky we keep Epi Pens around. Tried to call multiple times to this location but they never picked up. Pay more attention to detail please.

Came to this store..wanted chill but they didn't have.and the girl offers baconator fries and we get cheese fries with stripes od bacon on top instead of diced like it supposed too..they shouldn't be working there if job isn't done right after offering items ..bad store..
