Night managers are not even working properly , she’s always on her phone. I got my order nasty and cold and she gave me a rush order . I was unable to get name but it’s night shit on date of 09/02nd 1010pm

Wendys is the only place that you can not use your Discover Card. They have a glitch in their computer system and it doesn't accept it. However, they're not doing anything to fix the problem.

My spicy chicken nuggets and cinnamon dessert were stale and hard like if they were 2-3 days old!!!!! My husband’s burger looked messy! Everything was just gross!!

I ordered through the app for a biggie bag and #1 combo large. They had me pull up to the front window and one of their employees asked what i had ordered. I told what it was and he had me the bag and to my surprise it was someone else order of 2 jr cheese burgers. Like how do mess that up and ask me what i ordered. Then i tried calling to tell them what happened only to have someone answer and hang up almost instantly and then never answer again. Worst service ever! Even the wrong food i got was cold and stale.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience left a lot to be desired. The staff overall came off as quite unfriendly, and the situation with my order was honestly baffling. I had clearly ordered dine-in—my receipt even said so—but somehow it was treated as takeout.

When I tried to politely point out the mistake, I was met with pushback instead of a simple correction. There was a lot of attitude, unnecessary arguing, and I even got a look like I was the problem for saying something. I’m sorry, but isn’t the customer allowed to clarify their own order?

The whole interaction felt way more confrontational than it needed to be. It really put a damper on the experience. Definitely not what I expect when dining out.

my order included two #6 spicy chicken sandwich combos, a 20 piece spicy nuggets and 2 baconator fries. The only thing we could confidently say was good, were the chicken sandwiches and cherry dr.peppers. The fries that came with the combos were very under filled and cold. The nuggets were hard, like they’ve been sitting out too long and then dropped in the fryer again, and the baconator fries had barely any cheese and strips of bacon on top, they looked so unappetizing we couldn’t even eat them. we used a gift card and then spent $27 for the rest… just for us to not eat half of it. Incredibly disappointing experience. (ik it’s obvious the fries have been sitting out for hours, but they looked just as bad when we got them anyways)

They always be saying they ran out of stuff, so you could just leave. Don't come here, lazy employees don't want you to come and bother them.

came in for breakfast around 9 am ish and it was great! the cashier who took our order through drive thru was super nice and friendly! i usually go to mcdonalds for breakfast but i think ill start hitting up wendys:)
