Affordable deals 4 for 4 and 5 for 5 deals. Did have issues with getting WiFi, was trying to save some $$$ and use a deal I had but due to the WiFi issues I lost it. A free meal ended up costing a regular price. It was clean, good service and the food was as I ordered. Thank

I placed an order for a biggie bag on the app scheduled for 1pm. I got to the location at 1:10 and it wasn’t at the pick up station which was fun I had no issue till I asked the person at the registers. Who so happened to be the manager at the time. He proceeded to complain and say “ahh man it’s been sitting here for god knows how long already” picked it up and I threw it infront of me. Then he proceeded to complain about the drink it was supposed to come with. To be very clear I had no issue at all until this manager was rude for no reason.He was an older gentleman with hair combed back and a shaved face. Definitely not going back to this Wendy’s. I went to order a new young girl working. She asked her manager for help her managers working drive-through at the moment, but tells her just do this and I can’t help you I’m busy. This lady was the rudest lady I’ve ever encountered in any of the Wendy’s here in El Paso. I will never visit this restaurant again.

Kinda bummed out. I tend to stop here pretty often on my way back home from work. It’s one of the few places open late aside from McDonalds and Whataburger. I pretty much always get the biggie bag. But the last few times they keep messing up. Forgetting sauces, completely forgetting to put my nuggets in the bag, or not getting the order right. You’d expect better consistency especially when it’s late at night and not busy, but lately this doesn’t seem to be the case.

I regularly come here after dropping off my husband to work because it is the closest breakfast fast-food spot and because they always have amazing deals in their app. This particular time I want to highlight, my food was all nice and hot when I received it especially my breakfast potatoes which sometimes are only just about warm but today I had to blow on them just to eat them which is awesome! I love when restaurants serve it hot after purchase because then you know that they just dropped it for your order. Aside from the hot breakfast potatoes my whole order came out really quick too I placed the drive thru to-go on the app in the parking lot and it wasn't even 5 minutes when I reached the window. Amazing!
