If I could give more then 5 stars for service I would. I love this place and will totally be back!

The food and service were both great! The prices weren't too bad. For two with appetizer and desert, we paid $65. The service was very speedy and the food was excellent and very flavorful! Though there was a delay with the check, our waiter was very apologetic and was only delayed due to another customer issue.

As always, the Airway West Texas Chophouse delivered! The food & service was excellent!!! I can't say the same for the Westside one, but I'll give them another try soon.

Where to start? Service was extremely lacking. We had a reservation and arrived ten minutes early. I was told our table wasn't ready, which is fine, but when I asked how long it would be I was told she didn't know. I asked 10 minutes? 30 minutes? I have no idea was the response. It took about 20 minutes to get a table. Service started poorly. Server came and took our drink order and someone wanted wine-he came back and forth 3 times because they didn't have most of the wine on the wine list. Then it took about 10 minutes to get drinks. They were out of wine glasses and brought small glasses. He tried to pour the wine into a dirty glass. He didn't come back to take our order for 20 minutes. I caught some eye rolls from him as people were ordering. We ordered and food came out. We asked for silverware and he went to get it and stayed talking to a coworker for a few minutes then brought it. I told him my side was wrong and he said he'll bring a new one. He left by the time I cut into my steak and it was overcooked. They brought another one about two minutes later and said the first one was incorrect (maybe not mine?). This one was still overcooked. They had to cook a third steak. It was ok but seemed rushed as the fat from the ribeye was not rendered but not as good as I've had previously at this same restaurant. As I looked around the table, most of the other steaks were overcooked, but no one else mentioned it to the server. No dessert was offered, but we would have declined because we were over this dinner by then. I get it, I've worked in restaurants and know how hard it can be sometimes. I'm not going to name him, because there may be more stuff happening back of house, but to have so many service failures is unacceptable. We've eaten here several times before (although not recently) and it was never bad like this.

Steaks were not cooked to order, had to return some. The grill chicken was dry and flavorless.

Service was extremely slow. Took a solid 15 minutes before a server that wasn't even ours passed by and we waved them down just to get some attention and a water. Cocktails and food to a longtime to prepare. I lost my appetite after 4 glasses of water and 2 loafs of bread waiting for my entree. Packed most of my food up to go. Everything was delicious. The wait was just extremely disappointing for a Monday night.

Great experience all in all. Ale was phenomenal and was great to our party!

Service was excellent. The staff was super understanding of our party size on a Saturday night. Our server ALE was exceptional. Extremely attentive and fast with our order. Highly recommend to those in the area!

Came here for the first time for our anniversary on a little getaway to El Paso. Wonderful experience and food. The atmosphere is fun and lively. The service is great and welcoming. The food is amazing. We started out with the calamari and then the mango salad. We got a New York strip and a filet. They were both very good. We will definitely be back.

We will definitely go back. The manager that walks around is amazing and made us feel so welcomed. The food was all wonderful. Such a social treat for our anniversary.

Service was slow. If you need something it was a wait until the server returned.

my steak was perfect and delicious, but my husband's steak was overcook and hard to chew, and needed more flavor. even though we order the same thing . My Potatoe was not done yet I couldn't eat it. Service, was nice but very slow. Drinks were great. For the price and place I expected a little bit better.

Have eaten here during each visit this past year and the food never disappoints. The service is slow as the wait staff are normally busy with multiple table and you are often waiting for drinks. Would make reservations ahead of time.
