Tuesday I get over charged almost 11 on just one meal I call back , they offer me 2 combo meals free I accept , mistakes happen. I get to the store , i to ask and explain what happend in exchange for the combos the young girl attending in the front horrible attitude,rolling her eyes? Like are you serious ! Why work there ? If your not going to do you job . As well as the manager who attended me looked like he had an attitude only seemed concerned when I was asked for the girls name .honestly work on customer service because it is horrible ! I think her name viania I couldn’t understand her name but was working Thursday feb 6 2:30 pm
This is the second time we have bought hamburgers and they are very poorly made. The hamburger seemed like it was cooked in water and then they heated it to serve it. It was cold, very bad taste. We have bought there for many years but now they don't take care of the customer. It's a shame because they were the best hamburgers in El Paso TX.
