Ordered a double cheese with bacon and jalapenos with extra pickles. Ended up with no jalapenos and they charge you for the bacon which specifically says 3 strips of bacon and they only gave me 2. I only found it i was given 2 stips when I tore apart my burger to find out the jalapenos I had paid for weren't in my burger and the extra pickles I asked for weren't even added. I know it sounds dumb to be complaining about bacon but if I paid for it I should get it. When I arrived originally i looked in my bag and noticed the fries looked like they it was a kids meal worth of fries its super disappointing. I did in fact address it to the young lady who brought me my order and she was super upset threw away the fries and brought me out another order this time with the appropriate amount of fries. When I found out I called the store and spoke to Lisa, she seemed a bit annoyed but said he would take care of it. She in fact did take care of it on a later day.

Well, this is the first time eating at this whataburger & it was ok. The order was correct, no problem, I might eat here again. This location is not near to me but in the area around where I work.

The manager does not know how to do his job
They have people in very high positions who do not know how to do their jobs (new team leaders)
They give you what they want
The person who serves outside is very bad and does not know how to do things well

Usually good, but this last time, the food was so greasy, it squirted out all over my clothes. No time to buy clothes or go home and change before work, so now I gotta deal with people asking me about the stains all day. The food was also saltier than I feel right now.

Even though I give it 3 stars, I'd easily give it one for today's experience and I won't be coming back.

I love whata , this location specifically is the one that always takes for ever to have my order ready , approx 15 min of waiting, no it wasn’t chicken , no fish , no breakfast at midnight….. it was a Monterrey melt meal 😥
I fully recommend to order online so you can have it ahead of time 👍🏻✨

girl at the drive thru was really rude, the manager came to talk to us & she dismissed us when we tired to speak with her about the issue. Wait time was too long.
