They got lucky they got one star...my burger was a mess .. no extra onions, no extra pickles, no jalapeños, when I strictly requested ..the lady asked spicy or regular ketchup, I said both. I DIDNT GET NO KETCHUP WHAT SO EVER!!!!!

Half my order was missing, lady at the drive thru had a terrible attitude. Read my order back correctly but only charged me for half and therefore only gave half the order. How do you correctly confirm an order then charge only half of it? Not the first time this location has bad drive thru service.
