The workers here are so nice and the customer service was the best I have experienced in fast food in the whole country. The food was great and the restaurant was clean. Whoever is working the cash register deserves a fat raise!!!

Called after I bought my meals home, to alerted manager that fries were hard and chewing. Manager argued with me that fries were freshNo way those fries were fresh. Thought he was so inconsidered. I just threw them away. Potatoes are are so inexpensive. It wouldn't have broke the restaurant ti offer me fresh ones.
The burgers were delicious but the fries were below standard. I have to order no Salt do to an issue with too much sodium, but I expect to receive fresh fries. What I have been getting are refried fries. That's when a staff member thinks it's faster to wash the salt off a ready batch by throwing them back into the fryer after they've been salted. Not only does that cook some of the salt into them but it scorches and changes their flavor. Anyone who has worked fast food can easily recognize this lazy shortcut. Unfortunately it doesn't just happen at Whataburger. I really don't mind waiting an extra 3 or 4 minutes for the freshly cooked unsalted fries that I ordered.Other than that the staff has been very courteous and friendly.
