My husband and I stopped here after driving 14 hours. Tired and hungry, we just wanted to eat and go to sleep, so we ran through the drive thru. He ordered the patty melt and the bread was mushy and greasy. He took one bite and threw it away. I ordered the grilled chicken. There was an over abundance of sauce and it made my bread mushy too. I couldn’t eat it either. It is very disappointing to drop 20 dollars and still be hungry. Service was fine.

We placed at order drive tru, first the name was spelled out and order was placed under a different name. Numerous orders were given except ours. I personally got down and spoke with one of the managers I advised her name was entered incorrect but order was correct. She advised they were short staff and would refund our order and bring it out to our car in the next few minutes , 5 more cars got there order, worker comes out and says they never worked on our order and it was a misunderstanding and all they did was refund the order… never ever have I had complaints but today was unbelievable

I keep disliking all that water WASTE as the sidewalk and establishment perimeter is washed off in the AM's. Sure it needs to be done, just not at that level of a precious resource waste

The food was excellent. The staff was courteous, a really good experience. I love eating dinner at breakfast time so the food was exquisitely fresh. Staff knew what they were doing . Shout out to everyone at this whataburger. I will definitely be going back to this exact location . THANK YOU GUYS FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

The food it's actually good , but they wait is so long , and sometimes they have sick people working and that make me insecure
