Girl in drive thru refused to give me a sauce saying “there’s already ONE in the bag” I was like okay??? I guess now we’re refusing sauces to costumes and guess what??? I got home and NO SAUCE IN BAG. How about you guys start teaching people to give good costumes service. It’s so hard now a days or maybe stop hiring dumb teenagers that are useless

For some reason every Whataburger around here has shitty customer service but this location really did it for me tonight . One boy seen me walk in and saw me standing at the counter waiting to be helped but didn’t even acknowledge me until a woman(I’m guessing is a manager or something)asked me if I was helped then everyone else wanted to come over looking dumbfounded. On top of that they didn’t even have the whole order ready to go. Mind you the whole reason I even came in there to begin with was to pickup a delivery order .

I enjoy Whataburger, but I stopped coming to this location a while ago even though it is the most convenient for me. Instead I visit the Eastlake location as they get my order correct more often than not. Too many times I have left this location only to get home and find out my order is incorrect. I now ensure I check my order before leaving, but I also don’t have that issue at other locations. I may try this location again in the future.

So so rude, my poor grandmother tried ordering and the cashier contracted her at every turn seemingly just to be rude, I was on the phone with my grandmother at the time and I could hear the atrocious way this girl was talking to her, gaslighting her telling her she hadn’t said something when I had heard her say it. The food was cold and the bread was stale. This has seemingly been the trend over the last six months

I’m so disappointed in Whataburger. I grew up eating Whataburger back when the burgers were like 7 inches round. But I digress. The quality has just gone downhill. The burgers are always cold and frankly, tasteless, and the buns taste like day old bread .It’s just really disappointing. I might as well just throw my money out the window. Maybe it’s just this Whataburger, I don’t know. Maybe I’ll try another one and see how the quality is elsewhere.
