Whataburger

The operator of this Whataburger is atrocious. Berating employees for giving me the ketchups I asked for is crazy, and definitely not the values that Whataburger instills in their business model. Instead of trying to cut costs in paper by limiting napkins and ketchups, why dont you invest into your employees and protect them from being harassed by the stream of homeless people that come in. Do yourself a favor and drive the few extra miles to the Whataburger on Dyer if you want a consistent and quality restaurant with Texan values.

This location is hit and miss at this location. Most of the staff will just ignore you, however, they have a couple of really great, attentive, and polite staff members there. There is one staff member in particular, a young man, who is always very polite and quick to serve when someone is waiting at the counter.

On the side of food, portions are the weak points during breakfast, and they will almost always forget your sauces. Otherwise, the food is fairly decent.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Starting by how bad and mean this Operating Manager is… Food is always cold and I received the wrong order. Will rather go out of the way then stopping at this Whataburger 🤢

This review is solely for IVY!!! It was our first time at whataburger and she was working and was VERY knowledgeable and informative!! Ivy had the best attitude, was very welcoming/friendly, and super super helpful. Ivy is easily the best worker I’ve come across! Please go when Ivy is working! 5 stars just for her!!

The people here are just amazing and kind with smiles and made me feel welcome when I messed up my order they helped me remade it and let me keep the old one they have great customer service and the food tasted amazing 10/10 would come again

Horrible! I ordered in the app and my order was to be ready at 5:32-5:35. I got my drinks at 5:35. Then I sat and waited for over 20 minutes for my food. I went inside and before I could speak to anyone, the young guy comes running up to me with my food. I get home and whole order is wrong. Wrong drinks. Wrong burgers. Cold burgers. Cold hard French fries. Total waste of $36. We love Whataburger but this location was the worst. And they didn’t even appear to be all that busy during my visit. Very disappointing.

everytime i go theyre great and today i made a mistake and didnt remove something from my online order and they still remade it for me AND gave an extra fry!!!

Burnt my freaking burger. I didn't ask for it to be toasted but it was burnt. Ask for new one and the lady looked at me like a deer in the head light. She said I had ordered it that way..

Whataburger, its all in the name. I had been going to get my burger fix at local places such as Roscos, Papa's, Friscos, etc and had forgotten how delicious Whataburger can be. They have from the plain Jane to the Green Chile (done with green Hatch chillis ) burger to name a few. Their burgers are just soooo good. Even if its once, enjoy your choice of burger inside the restaurant, hot and juicy, fresh out of the grill for a superb taste.

The food never disappoints! It's always delicious, does take a while to receive your food but its worth it in the end since its made fresh.
