Was there for breakfast girl taking order was scrolling on her phone while taking order and of course got it wrong then she insisted that it was what I had ordered. Really? I know what I like and don't like. The expedite person came and said we'll take care of it and got my order right. No questions just corrected.

For being a fast food restaurant, its just such a great experience… food is always so good and they take care so much for you as a client to have the best experience and anything that you may need they are there before you have to call them.
I love Whataburguer but this is definitely my favorite store

The food is fine. My issue is with their ability to follow instructions. I often order the sausage biscuit. It's on the menu as just a biscuit and sausage patty, but they keep serving it w egg and cheese. In this economy? I didn't ask for egg (🤮) and they're wasting them.
