Was craving some onion rings, so stopped for 2 shakes and a large order of o-rings. Worst ever. They were over fried. Had I noticed before I got home, I would've returned them and asked for my money back. I will give them credit for the shakes.

Look, I've been meaning to do this for a while. Since their 75th anniversary earlier this year to be exact. I've been hesitant because I am afraid I'll jinx it ,BUT, this location should 1000% be the industry standard. The employees are so on top of their game in every aspect possible. Their location was a MAD HOUSE during the 75th anniversary event and they were so calm, cool, and collected amidst the chaos that day. Every time I have gone since then they still don't drop the ball, I have been at this location at various times of the day & night & they make you feel so welcomed. The staff carries themselves in such a way you would never assume they were miserable lol I mean that in the highest form of flattery. The only thing I can ding is the atmosphere and I mean that purely because I don't like the sterilized look many of these type of restaurants have adopted, that's not the employee's fault obviously.

The managers absolutely do not care here. Reached out via surgery about an experience and they do not care. The soda machines didn’t work during our visit and were not told so when we got home the drinks were disgusting. The food was missing items, burnt, or flavorless. $50 down the drain for food and drinks we literally threw away.
