People were washing the payment, and there was water everywhere. I'm glad I didn't slip since I had sandals on. I ordered through the drive-thru and couldn't talk with all the noise from the pressure washer machine. They forgot my decaf coffee, so I had to get off. After getting my cup of coffee, the coffee was cold, and there were a ton of coffee grounds in it. The food was good though.

I’m not sure I’ve ever left a review for WAB !! I travel all over the state of Texas, and eating out of a sack is never fun… enter this WAB location!! After working a 14 hour shift, I stopped by this location! I was met by a young lady, braces and all, a Texas size (genuine) smile!!! She was so polite, and respectful, as were the rest of the crew! Thank you for turning an ordinary experience, extraordinary!

We have been eating here at Whataburger for many years and on Sunday we wanted to visit the one on Alameda and Americas and it brought back very nice memories! Continue the good service and clean the premises and the food at moderate prices????Parking: It's not difficult to find parking, the Drive Thru is a little difficult?

My family and I went on Friday March 15 around 9a.m.ish. The staff were extremely patient and worked as a team to help reduce the morning rush. Everything was well stocked and clean. No problems with using the app to gain points. Nothing was in short supply. Everything went smoothly. Friendly staff. 10/10 Would recommend.

Every time I used to come they gave me something wrong , even this last time! I had 2 orders and the first one they forgot to put the fries in the bag, and the second one I requested onion rings and they gave me fries! 2 chances and both got something wrong ?
