Every time I ordered through the app or through Drive thru, they give the order wrong and it happens 9 times and it seems intentional but I think it's my fault for having faith that at some point they will give me the correct order

Whataburger offers some of the best burgers around. But if you show up any time after midnight you end up with the unsold leftovers it seems. Your fries will be dried and rubbery. Your burger too will be just as stale. The bread will flake and crumble from sitting in a heat lamp too long. The party will be black and dried too. I don't mind waiting the 9 min to make my meal fresh. But despite being forced to wait anyway somehow everything is old and reheated. Why even stay open if you're going to disrespect paying customers at these hours?

We did an online curbside pick up, I get there you expect everything to be OK. I mean people are getting paid to do their damn job. We are missing a few items from our breakfast platters. So I go back and tell them what we’re missing and the amount that they give us back are very Cheap in return. I am not asking for much, but do your damn job correctly! This is what you are getting paid for everybody has different occupations and if this is your damn job, do your damn job right!
