Horrible customer service I will never spend my money at this location, the manager needed to see my receipt for the cheese I ordered on a kids meal, spend 15 minutes looking for the receipt, while the rest of my food was getting cold she made no attempt to make it right I will never come back here again choose any restaurant in the area bit this place

Wrangler is good. Service was good. The lady complimented me and another lady was going around with sauces and napkins on a tray. Food came out hot as opposed to last time it was dry and cold and the fries box was on top of the fries. I’m glad I gave it another try

Either El Paso is full of lazy fatties or fast food restaurants just don’t aim to be fast. It’s a toss up. 25 minutes wait for three burgers, two shakes and two fries. Took my payment and never told me the total just asked my name. $34.50 for this? Next time my family wants burgers for dinner I am going to Walmart and getting a box of 12 for $12 plus all the toppings and have money left over for beer. What-a-disaster!
