I love Whataburger in a whole. However their curbside services have been failing considerably lately. Just recently, I picked up an order and they forgot to add the fries to the order. This isnt the first time this has happened. Like I said, food (via stars) is great. Customer service, not so much. Takeout order 2064038.

My complaint is that they tend to run out of medium sized cups and offer a large cup with the extra charge. It is not one's fault that they run out of medium cups and the upcharge just seems like very poor customer service. I'm not asking for a freebie but dont punish the customer for poor management of materials.

We had ordered a combo for curbside delivery and waited for at least 15 minutes and we didn't see anybody come out to hand us our food. The other cars waiting curbside had people get out and walk inside to get their food. We went to the drive through to get our order and had a manager tell us that online orders had to be picked up at the front. No apology for the long wait, just a scolding and she shut the drive through windows in our face. I don't know what the problem is at this whataburger, but I plan to avoid it at all cost in the future.

Horrible costumer service. Claudia was rude out of the start and team leader jasmine was the same. We were missing a burger and spicy ketchup and had told Claudia. Claudia brought back the spicy ketchup in a separate bag but didn’t bring the burger missing and Then jasmine the team leader comes out and asked us if we didn’t have with us the hamburger and obviously we didn’t that’s why we told Claudia and where waiting since it was something that was charged.jasmine goes back brings the hamburger missing and then is giving attitude all the way. We tell her the a nice attitude would change things and she proceeds to say that they wrap all the hamburger la and that they knew they had wrapped the missing burger insinuating we just wanted a free one. We ask her to check the cameras and why would we waste our time waiting if we have somewhere to be.
Have been to this whataburger before and the staff has always been nice and cordial. These 2 girls were not nice not one second.

It’s like they have a competition to see how they can get every aspect of your other wrong. Its the closet to where I live and I constantly catch myself going to the one by Zaragoza to avoid this mess

Stopped in while traveling across the United States. I’ve never had Whataburger before. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and compared to a lot of other places like Culver’s and other competing similar burger, restaurants like In-N-Out and Freddys, and many others this was rather disappointing. The fries were not fresh. They were pretty cold and felt like they had been sitting out for a while as far as the burger the meat was subpar and very dry tomatoes, pickles, and lettuce or mediocre. Perhaps it’s this location but I think I’ll try again.
Everything is good , the only complaint is that the flyes are so annoying, they should do something about it , once issue is fix it will be a 5 star restaurant.

20mins to get food.... maybe... still dont have it. And they gotta cook jalapeno cheddar biscuits during morning rush?! . totally unprepared. Oh and dont order coffee... everyone gets confused
