Have always been a fan of Whataburger but they are losing their touch of how to do burgers, how customer like them. I don't like ketchup, mayo, nor mustard so it's dry. Extra grilled onions and jalapeños have always been a MUST in my burger. Well explained the extra mustard, raw onions, and jalapeños their way. Paid for a burger, I was unable to eat. Customer service is a MUST place to be worked on! Most definitely will NOT be back! Hopefully, everyone else has a better experience than I.

They will always mess up your food I asked for a plain barbecue sandwich and ranch and buffalo in the side but they still put barbecue I didn’t know they hired special people they gave me 2 fries As well

Very bad service. They should be ready with the food, instead they made us wait 40 minutes just to bring the food out. If they know people are going to be coming at a certain time, why is nothing ready? Our order is always wrong and we never get the condiments we ask for

I love Whataburger in a whole. However their curbside services have been failing considerably lately. Just recently, I picked up an order and they forgot to add the fries to the order. This isnt the first time this has happened. Like I said, food (via stars) is great. Customer service, not so much. Takeout order 2064038.

My complaint is that they tend to run out of medium sized cups and offer a large cup with the extra charge. It is not one's fault that they run out of medium cups and the upcharge just seems like very poor customer service. I'm not asking for a freebie but dont punish the customer for poor management of materials.
