I love Whataburger in a whole. However their curbside services have been failing considerably lately. Just recently, I picked up an order and they forgot to add the fries to the order. This isnt the first time this has happened. Like I said, food (via stars) is great. Customer service, not so much. Takeout order 2064038.

Stopped in while traveling across the United States. I’ve never had Whataburger before. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and compared to a lot of other places like Culver’s and other competing similar burger, restaurants like In-N-Out and Freddys, and many others this was rather disappointing. The fries were not fresh. They were pretty cold and felt like they had been sitting out for a while as far as the burger the meat was subpar and very dry tomatoes, pickles, and lettuce...

Sebastian today was freaking amazing. He was positive and kind !!! Very prompt on providing service and apologetic for the wait . His energy was top tier. Hadn’t had that in a while.
