Restaurant was filthy and tables left dirty. Should of been my first clue to leave, didn't and of course regretted it. Took 20 minutes to get my cold onion rings and greasy burger that was latterly thrown in a wrapper. I mean it was all bent meat, bun and every topping piled in one edge of the burger. Sucks, I couldn't wait for a Whataburger to open up in this end of the NE and this is the quality. It was okay when it first opened but it spiraling down out of control. Does anybody know how to manage these kids they have as employees any more!

Food - great as usual, except for this time they included the onion instead of omitting it as per the order. They forgot the dips for the boneless wings. Service is as expected for a fast food place lol but all jokes aside the person who brings the order to the car needs to work on their communication skills. Instead of handing me the bag of food they almost threw it into the car. Would also love it more if they include the napkins but there was no napkins to be found.
I literally just came in here to get onion rings. Yall cant even do that right.
