This morning, I visited a store to purchase eight gift cards for a work event. I was assisted by an employee named Hope who went above and beyond to help her new coworker. Hope trained the new employee on how to load the cards and explained the process to me as well. As someone who works in customer service, I was thrilled to see such exemplary behavior from Hope. She was patient, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. I am grateful for her exceptional service and would like to thank her once again for a job well done.

Went through the drive thru. Ordered the apple cranberry salad with balsamic vinaigrette dressing. Also ordered a chicken strip combo. Also ordered a medium water with no ice. The water had ice... The fries were cold and soggy. I was missing the balsamic vinaigrette dressing. No fork or napkins. I know I probably should've checked when I was leaving but I trusted them to do their job right. I was the only one in the drive thru and it took forever just to be missing all those things? I drove all the way home and was disappointed. ALWAYS check your order before you go home. Nobody cares about their job anymore.

It's a hit or miss. The last few times I have eaten here, their burgers have been undercooked and raw in the middle. You can get sick from undercooked burger meat (it's not steak). But most days, customer service is good; but sometimes it is horrible. Today, it was good. The only issue I have is undercooked burgers, and that's a recipe for sick people and possible lawsuits. I knew there was a reason why I stopped eating here. I'm not sure why I even tried it again.

I was surprised there was No greetings.I'm in front of the register was the manager. I was waiting for her greeting so there was an awkward moment of silence, then I just said what I wanted to order and at the end of the order I said thank you and got no "you're welcome" back. Nothing. She didn't even ask for my name or gave me my number. I've never experienced something like this before. It's the first time and I'm a frequent customer. I was really close in asking her if she's okay. Managers are supposed to set the example. "Without us customers Whataburger wouldn't exsit".District manager should take note of this behaviour.
