I stopped by whataburger on my way to work . The food was cold for starters and on top of that I paid for green chile and didn’t get them on my burger. I spoke to some young man who told me to wait a second and transferred me to his head boss Sergio. He lied about watching a video on how the food was made when I have my food right here and offered to send him a picture of it . Fries were stale and cold . I didn’t even want a refund just my food replaced.

My wife placed her order online at 7:29 pm, her food finally came out at 7:50 pm after she called the restaurant to inquire about her order. We were informed they thought her food had already came out. My wife tasted the fries and they were cold. She still didn't have her drink She ended up having to send it all back, because it was all cold. When they brought the food back out, the fries were full of grease and cold again. When the manager( she said she was the manager) came out, she couldn't tell us how to get our money back,seemed to not care. She was more concerned about her food getting cold. Why do you have to do so much to get your money back when your experience was so bad.

Popped in for quick take out and have never been this disappointed my chicken strips were a disgusting brown color either from being out to long or being fried in old oil and the fries were cold and tough. Very disappointed Hopefully the manager Mr. Lucero fixes this issue

One of the main spots I go to for whataburger. Always come dinner time to get the honey bbq meal and white chocolate peppermint shake for limited time. It can be busy for drive thru as always but I usually order inside for take out instead of waiting at the drive thru. Never had a problem with none of my order history here since I came to El Paso and the staff worker can be busy depending the work flow but overall their cool.
Pulled in thinking I was going to get a Veterans day meal as I’m Active Duty. Everyone else giving out free meals but I paid 12.55 for mine. Thank you for your service.
