Went through the drive thru yesterday. Asked for regular ketchup and mustard on the side and plastic utensils. Asked to pull up after paying at the window, which is no problem. Employee brings my order and walks away immediately before I can check the order. Need to add I went through the drive thru because I am handicapped and have to walk with a cane, getting in and out of the car is difficult for me and takes a lot of time. When looking through my order no ketchup no plastic ware. I did have the mustard. I make my way out of my car and walk inside and notice an employee at one of the tables, I'm pretty sure it was the District manager because he was wearing what I would call an upper management shirt. Told him what happened and I told him I did not receive the ketchup or plastic ware. He apologized and asked spicy or regular ketchup and I said regular. He gave me the items in a bag and even threw in an apple pie which was very nice of him. I get to my hotel room and pulled everything out and the District manager gave me spicy ketchup instead of regular 😑. Very disappointing and ended up not eating my fries because I really enjoy ketchup with my fries. Looking at my receipt it even shows plastic ware, mustard and regular ketchup on my order. Need to slow down and pay attention to details on customers orders. After experiencing the District manager still giving me the wrong ketchup I understand why this store doesn't pay attention to details on an order, it is leader led behavior. Have to do better.

Sorry but just wow I was attended thru drive thru by Rebeca at 1040pm and first of all I ASKED if they had coffee, she said Ted, so I ordered a coffee, which Rebeca proceeded to give me a old cold coffee, I felt it with my knuckle cause cup was. Cold, so I tell her my coffee is cold and she says OH DID U WANT IT WARMER, I was like well I'd like it Hot like Coffee. She takes it obviously she just popped in the micro which is not OK but Fine, she then hands it to me and I ask her for creamer n sugar which at that point I guess she was annoyed. Needless to say, talk to ur employee what a burger and advise them that coffee is served hot (unless ordering ice coffee) and you ask if they would like creamer n sugar....

Amazing customer service! I placed an order through the app but accidentally selected the wrong store. When I arrived, they couldn’t find my order under my name. After checking the app, I realized I had chosen the wrong location. Despite the mix-up and how busy they were, the manager on duty still took care of my order. Their attention to customer service was outstanding — it’s rare to experience that kind of service these days. Truly appreciated!
Girl in front working at 12:45is am was rude and didn’t acknowledge us. i went to use the restroom and my bf was waiting to order, when i came back he still wasn’t acknowledged bc she was talking to some guy probably a worker on his day off and he kept staring at us. we decide to just leave and they both just keep staring and probably talking bad and i wave at her to stop staring at me and she waves back! so unprofessional but these kids don’t even care

Was charged for the combo when I just wanted the burger, and worker didn’t compensate or give partial refund. Worker didn’t want me to eat inside cause “she had to clean dinning room”.
