Buns and fries were rock hard. Had to eat the burger without the buns. Normally, I have no issues with this Whataburger. Sorry man, it’s a one today.

We repeated parts of the order up to 4 times before they got it right. And then they forgot the bbq sauce. But darn good food.

Why do all have cars parked without anyone inside the vehicle in the curbside pick-up lanes? There's no point in having that service if I have to get out of my car to get my order since I had waited for a while to see if any car would leave. My order was missing the grilled jalapeños and onions. I was told they'd take my drink to the car, which I don't get. Why not just give me it since I was there? Nothing. The freaking drink never came out. I saw people come and go literally! All the curbside parking's even cleared before I got my drink.

I've been going there for at least 8 months early in the morning and I don't know why the food especially the fries are never hot they taste like left overs. But during the day much , much better food quality ..

Well the burgers were cold the cheese wasn't even melted around the meat ordered onion rings and had to go the counter twice to remind them of my missing onion rings and the restroom OMG PICTURES DONT LIE. This was around 2:15-2:30 am still no excuse for this.

I’m starving! I said NO ONIONS I’m super allergic to the potassium in onions! If you look at my history with this whataburger it’s always always no onions!!! There was a woman who was interfering that’s why the customer service rep wasn’t able to focus order Number 536820

The worst customer service ever!!! I had ask Mr. Noah just one question about how the blaze sauce tasted and he’s answer was in a rude tone and just saying “ like blaze sauce” He’s face and attitude were so bad, that I’ll never come back here. Also the burgers were dry and with no flavor at all. More than $50 spent worth nothing. If you don’t like your job you could pretend and try to be friendly at least or find another job.
Whataburger never disappoints; the service is second to none! The burger was fresh and absolutely delicious!

I'd say this is tied for the top 2 whataburgers I've been to in el paso I go here pretty consistently doesn't matter how I order the app in person or drive through never had a wrong order or cold fries just can be slow at times
