Why do all have cars parked without anyone inside the vehicle in the curbside pick-up lanes? There's no point in having that service if I have to get out of my car to get my order since I had waited for a while to see if any car would leave. My order was missing the grilled jalapeños and onions. I was told they'd take my drink to the car, which I don't get. Why not just give me it since I was there? Nothing. I've been going there for at least 8 months early in the morning and I don't know why the food especially the fries are never hot they taste like left overs.
But during the day much , much better food quality ..

I'd say this is tied for the top 2 whataburgers I've been to in el paso I go here pretty consistently doesn't matter how I order the app in person or drive through never had a wrong order or cold fries just can be slow at times
