i apologize but i had to say something. good food yes, good service yes, but??? the whole point of the trip to the establishment. the food????? how do you get that ONE thing wrong?? i ordered a green chile double with bacon and avocado, my friends ordered before me and got their food before me, logically. but by the time they were done i still didn’t have my food, and it had been a couple minutes already. my friend goes up to ask for my food they give him a bag. on me i should’ve checked. but i get home i unwrap it and it’s the wrong damn burger. they gave me a patty melt. mind you, it’s good. but to make matters worse the ticket says no green chile, THIS HAS GREEN CHILE. so not only did they get my order wrong, the person who ordered this orders wrong, but they also just simply made the order wrong. get it together bro i just wanted my green chile burger and my friend got exactly that but i didn’t

This might have to be the worst Whataburger in El Paso. Whether in person or through Doordash they constantly get your order wrong and they always forget to pack the condiments. Then when you express your concern to management they give zero care in the world. This location sucks and I would recommend going to a different one if possible.

Ordered with time, supposed to be ready 12:36, they had me waiting until 1:03, almost half hour after, I asked id the sauces were there, I was missing my ranch, also the burger was not made according to specs… so disappointed will Not recommend this branch

This is one of my favorite Whataburger locations to dine-in at in the city! The quality of the food is always delicious, and the service is always friendly and efficient. I also want to shout out Mr. Austin, who is usually there during the later hours. His warming energy and quality service always makes a difference in my night and has kept my sister’s and I consistent diners at this location. You’re the best, Mr. Austin!
