3/10/2024 - came by around 1:30 am and my food was perfect, employees were attentive and efficient. Zero complaints.Came by again around 4:45 pm and could see the people in line in front of me becoming obviously frustrated when ordering. Once it was my turn, I totally understood why. The drive through attendant was incredibly frustrating to deal with. I had to repeat myself several times, she would question me with a strange attitude if I corrected her, and she still got my order wrong. Everything was cold after my measly 5 minute drive home. Fries tasted like they were made 12 hours ago. Arnold Palmer was weak and nasty. Probably like 25% lemonade, 10% tea and 65% water. Oh, and some hair in our ice cold fries.Grossed out 10/10.

Employees here are always very friendly! Managers are awesome! They will take care of you here. The manager that helped me today was amazing!
I ordered a #13, with onion rings instead of fries, due to a nightshade allergy. When asked if I wanted ketchup, I indicated no, again, nightshade food. Got back to work to have lunch, discovered fries and ketchup. He had even read it back to me correctly!Dietary restrictions: They have options, if the person taking your order is putting information in correctly. Never had this issue at the one I usually go to on Dyer .

Take out hamburger no bun was great EXCEPT the container! It completely came apart in the bag and was a big mess. That flat container? Get rid of it!!
I have only visited this place 2 times and unfortunately I have had bad experiences, and with the salads something so simple and simple ?
