I just want to say that all my experiences there at Whiskey’s have been very pleasant. They are very protective with the girls. I feel very safe when I go there. The Dj that we currently have, is super awesome. He always grants us our songs and is very polite. He’s one of the best Djs we ever have. The rest of the staff and the general manager have been so outstanding. In my opinion, it’s one of the best bars that I have been in.

Service sucked. They did not honor their happy hours prices. Bartenders are to busy flirting with each other. Staff walking around grabbing bottles from your table. They dont have a uniform. At least a shirt that says staff. Music cutting off like a 5 year old as a DJ.

I really like the change in manager and dj. I was hesitant to come here in the past because of the music, hip hop at a county bar. The manager was very friendly he took time to stop by our table to ask if we were enjoying ourselves. The bartender was great and the drink special was even better. The manager was helping the bartenders and he even took our drinks to our table. Overall...I had a great time.

I started going back to Whiskey Dicks a little over a year ago and I’ve been there at least 100 times so I’ve been through 3 DJ in that time frame. Each has had their own style some had their strengths and weaknesses but DJ Super is a dope DJ. He is working a crowd that has alot of judgmental people who want their playlist on a full scale. He takes request at all times but he works into his rotation. I’ve never experienced a bad experience from any of the staff. When you enter the establishment for the right reasons to have fun and Dance they will always be great to you. I experienced the other country bar and zero security measure to protect the patrons from any type of fighting. Q is a hard ass when he needs to be but talk to the dude he is respectable bro. All the girls are great but they do get busy especially on Thursday so please be patient with them. Shoutout to Victoria for always being on point.

The newest DJ that they have keeps it lively! Great selection of music and keeps the dance floor full, I'm here to dance!
Also shout out to the management for keeping things running smoothly and we always have a great time at our favorite country bar in El Paso ❤️

Totally recommend this place since the new management has been put into effect the atmosphere seems to be a lot more enjoyable even for someone as introverted as me the staff was lovely and helpful even got to meet the manager who was very attentive and ontop of what was going on which made for a great overall experience not to mention the music was a nice surprise the dj really knows their crowd it’s something this city has been needing definitely will be returning

Sooo, I’d like to confess that I was a frequent customer at Whiskey dicks every Thursday since I arrived in 2017. I knew the staff, the vibe was fantastic, and I loved it. So, as of lately, the staff was replaced. Let's address the elephant in the room: everyone got fired and replaced with people who genuinely have no customer service or decorum whatsoever. First off, it was empty on Thursday night, y'all. A couple of months ago, there was a line to get in; it was super full, and the music was terrific. Now it's empty and a ghost town. Then the DJ was awful; his transitions from song to song were child's play. I think my Pandora or Spotify list might have been better. The bartender's little kids don't even know how to make basic ranch water. I found Ms Erin, who was turning drinks for everyone. Her neighbor made one drink; she made 5. It was cool to see her turning and burning drinks, and to see an Og there still. That's probably the only good thing about the whole night. As you can tell by my lingo, I, too, know a little something about the service industry. I want to let management, especially Mr Q, know that you are allowed to manage a place with such a following and such a staple in the city. You shouldn't be changing a horse in midstream, which means never change a running system, or if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Just plan to go to Miami next door, which has a way better vibe.
