I went there last night and the cashier accidentally forgot to put my coupon in, but I went back in and they were very nice and apologetic. They helped me get the coupon and overall the service was great accidents happen and I'm glad they were very understanding!

So I wanted something that was familiar but yet very familiar, I just wanted to go back in time....and there it was the Orange Float also available as a shake! All I am going to say is that if this was a song, Wienerschnitzel got's Double Platnium and hit it out of the park with this flavor! A True Orange Creamsicle flavor from the 80's. Speaking of the 80's this location can salt their fries like it's 1980!!! I've been back 4 times now!
Stopped by and picked up some food to take home and enjoy. Fortunately for me, I checked my order before leaving and realized they got the order wrong. I parked the car and went inside where I was immediately greeted unsatisfactorily. From the manager to the girl who took my order, somehow they made me feel like I was the one who made the mistake. I guess nowadays people are supposed to be okay with paying for things they don't order... it's sad that the employees don't seem to realize that the only reason they have a job is because people like me still go there and eat. I guess now they can explain to the owners why they received such a low rating and lost at least 20 customers after I tell my friends not to go there. Management should train better. So sad

Terrible experience: first and last time I go to this place. The young man at the counter did not help at all when I was asking about the menu, he did not know the sizes of the hot dogs and did not give answers to what I had questions about.The package (combo) No. 1 that I ordered ($7.58 dlls) consists of two normal-sized hot dogs with chili plus fries and small soft drinks. To begin with, the hot dogs did not have a good flavor, almost cold, the potatoes were warm and flabby and as if that were not enough, for enlarging the soft drink and making the potatoes medium, he charged me $2.49 more for the potatoes and $2.69 more for the soft drink, for So the package cost me $12.76 plus taxes. Then I saw that he made a discount of $1.27 which appears on the ticket as comb offer #1.A couple next door also received warm potatoes and the lady asked for freshly cooked potatoes. There were only three couples in the place, now I understand why: bad food, bad service and very expensive. I never go back there

I've been a loyal Weinerschnitzel customer since I was a boy. It's not for everyone, but I LOVE THIS PLACE! For me It's comfort food. They were busy and they were short handed, so the service was slower than expected.
The manager Brianna is extremely rude and inconsiderate of people with disabilities. Worst experience. No wonder it’s dead inside.

I’ve been to this location several times. It’s a clean restaurant. However, instead of taking my order right away, the employees were talking about Halloween and what they were going to do. Then one of the employees was just standing at the back by the food prep counter not doing anything. He had no gloves on and then began rubbing his hands together back and forth over the food prep counter. Gross!
