I NEVER BEEN THERE BEFORE SO I THOUGHT I WOULD TRY IT. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINT WHEN I GOT HOME AND FOUND MY FRIES WAS COLD AND HARD, THE BRATWORTH WHATEVER ITS CALL WAS MED WARM TO COLD. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN. PLUS YOU CAN'T CALL THEM. MAILBOX IS FULL AND CAN'T LEAVE A MESSAGE.

I tip my hat off to the only, male with short black hair, employee that is present at work and doing all jobs of cashiering, drive thru and cook. No other employee present at 11:50 a.m. , 8-3-24 at Dyer St in El Paso, TX 79924. The manager needs to be removed.

We went here twice each time it was the same problems they serve old cold food and limp soggy French frys even after we asked for fresh frys. The first time we gave them the food and told them the problems they offered to make more but if they don't understand what fresh frys are there is no point. So we tried it again. A month or 2 later.It was worse I give up
