Horrible service I got a manager that argued with me over fries... not only that but he refused to admit the order was wrong and accused me of tampering with the order that was messed up.. all i wanted was a refund and he refused that as well with no explanation. His first name is Jose and I personally don't think he should've a position of power like management unless he's trained and qualified. I'm extremely disappointed in upper management for not being on top of someone soo unprofessional it's makes the company look bad. Just goes to show that the level of management is under qualified at this establishment as well.Concerned customer ?
11/17 went throught the drive through this evening.. Customer service is trash. Very short, unfriendly and unwilling to help with requests.Then I get home with my food and it is the worst quality food I've ever gotten here and I've been going to this location for years. It's really sad. Chili cheese dog had hardly and chili and IFood was cold.

Food poisoning, old food was given to me wasn't hot or fresh was old nasty and soggy . Corndogs aren't supposed to be soggy. Got sick and threw up , don't eat here

I hate to lower my rating but I have to. Today was a fiasco just trying to get 2 regular kraut dogs and 2 veggie kraut dogs. The regular kraut dogs were barely over $2 each. The veggie kraut dogs were $3.99 each plus extra for the kraut on the kraut dogs! So I paid over $4 each. Just to have a veggie hot dog in my kraut dogs.Vegetarian options: I suggest not going here for the vegetarian option. Because you will pay 2 to 3 times more per item. Just to have the veggie option.
