Whoa i never thought i was going to be disappointed by Wienerschnitzel. Today is the day. Almost 40 minutes wait for an online order that include only 3 items. I see they are attending drive thru first. What about pick orders leave them until the very last.

I pulled up to drive through no one else was in line and they said there’s a 30 minute wait before I even ordered when I asked why is there a 30 minute wait they said for DoorDash right? I never came from DoorDash and they acted brand new. I left and did not even order anything God knows what they were gonna do to our food if they don’t want to work, being from someone who has worked for a company like this before there’s no reason for ever to be a 30 minute wait

This is the only location near us and online it says they close at midnight on a Saturday night. I pull up to the drive thru at 9:45PM. The guy over the intercom says that it will be a 40 min. wait, because they turned the grill off. How tf? You're still supposed to be open for another 2 hours and 15 mins.

I am a big fan of weinersnitzel and usually like to order from this location about once or twice a month. I can tell you that my last 2 experiences are enough to keep me from going back for a couple of months until they remodel the location or at least hire people that actually care about the food they're serving. After waiting in line for 20 minutes (which should be unacceptable) I was barely greeted by an employee who failed to restate my order to confirm items. May I also mention that this employee was so unwelcoming as if he had no work ethic towards costumer service. After they charged me, I noticed my whole order was wrong. I ordered 4 chili cheese dogs, a large fry, and 2 corn dogs. Instead I received 2 chili dogs, a large fry, my 2 corn dogs that I did order, and a chili cheese fry which I did not ask for but got charged regardless. I never got the 4 chili cheese dogs i requested. Something similar to this happened the other visit I had as well. This is why it is important to restate the order back to the costumer at the speaker AND at the window. I went in with a coupon for an $8 meal and ordered only 2 extra hot dogs with chili cheese which came out to a total of $18 even with the coupon. In the end, I'm always left contemplating about going back to this location to complain about my order but I ended up just deciding that would be my last visit there in a while since I feel the service could care less about the amount of costumers they get. This place needs to polish on it costumer service, it's hiring process, and it's sanitation. Until then, I guess all I can really say is that the food was not the bad. Sorry if my review might be a little lackluster and all over the place, that's the kind of mentality this poor hot dog resturant gave me.

Ordered a 3 large chili cheese fries and 6pc jalapeños poppers. Only received 5 jalapeño poppers no ranch and these “chili cheese fries” the chili taste like it’s been reduced or different recipe. It’s a tasteless flavor. Very disappointed in this place. 3x in a month this crew and the night crew take longer to serve drive through orders.

I am a doordasher that expects restaurants to have the pickup orders ready when I arrive. I arrived 12 minutes before they gave me the order and still gave another order to a person arriving 6 minutes later than me!
