Wing Daddy's Express - Artcraft is amazing. Wings are inexpensive and delicious, the service is great, and delivery of your meal is fast. The option list for sauces to choose is grand.

we just left after waiting more than 40 min. when my husband saw that people that had ordered way after we did were getting their orders he went up to ask what was the hold up?. The cashier/girl only then mentions oh we don't have the flavor you want!! it made my husband so furious. not only did she act like she didn't care, but the guy who canceled the charge didn't care to say anything to my husband either!! sucky workers!

The boneless wings I got where very small specially the lemon pepper ones, the honey hot where dry… I’m not happy or satisfied with my dinner and I was craving it so much.. I’m disappointed

I ordered a big order for my company as we were having guest arrive the order was wrong, most things were missing they gave me a refund in one item which who knows how long that will take now as well as poor customer service will not be ordering from here again they don’t have available most of the things in the menu. Horrible experience

Out of all Wing Daddy’s Locations I’ve been to, this is the best one yet. The delicious food, kind service, SMELL and CLEANLINESS of the restaurant was GREAT. From the moment I waked in I was greeted by Liz. She was kind enough to walk me through the menu and even recommend me the sauce of month. I really appreciated the General Manager Stephanie’s attentiveness. She was very busy and still made it a point to check up on us through out our meal. I loved her vibe and professionalism. It’s rare to find a place where the staff is positive and makes you feel like family. This will definitely be my go to lunch spot. Thank you Wing Daddy’s!

Went 2 hours before closing and manager was rude ! We as costumers are supposed to feel welcomed and he made us feel rushed and uncomfortable. The other employee was using his phone while preparing our food, which it’s a big critical. On top of that, they messed up my order. The manager didn’t apologize nor had any emotions towards it. He just went straight to the back. I DO NOT recommend this place whatsoever. Overall bad service. Never coming back again:)

I have been a regular customer at Wing Daddies and have enjoyed their dine-in deals in the past. However, I have noticed a decline in certain aspects of the service recently.
One issue that stood out is the portion size of the fries and tenders. Initially, the servings were generous, but over time, the portions have noticeably decreased to approximately half the amount. This reduction in quantity made me reconsider ordering them during my visits.
Additionally, during my last visit, I encountered an unexpected policy regarding to-go boxes during deal days. After dining in, I asked to take my leftovers home but was informed they wouldn't give me a to-go box for my tenders unless I ordered more food, which was frustrating. This restriction made me feel uncomfortable, as I was left with no choice but to leave and waste food, rather than enjoy the option of taking the leftovers with me.
While I appreciate the quality of the food and the overall experience at Wing Daddies, these recent changes have impacted my satisfaction. I hope that management considers adjusting the portion sizes and reviewing the to-go policy to improve customer experience.
Food was great service was a bit slow the tall cashier was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions patiently since it’s my first time here. Will definitely try again. Place was clean. Front cashier was cleaning tables when I walked in.
