Worst customer service. Lady in the front with bad attitude, placed order and after 45 minutes we got up to ask if food was ready and still hasn’t. (Dine in was empty) Had to get our money back.

service was great. got some wings and some tenders which were okay. about 4 hours later, i had the worst abdominal pain and was puking up my toenails and pooping my brains out. ended up dehydrated and unable to work the next day.

Worst service. I tried for about 2 hours to place an order through the phone, but they never picked up. I went to the restaurant to order and called while I was there to see if maybe the phone was not working. The girl at the register heard the phone ring, looked at it, and ignored it. She was not even busy. The restaurant was almost empty too. While I was waiting for my food to be ready, the phone kept ringing and she still didn't answer and instead was talking with another employee. When talking to customers, she was also rude. This is not the first time I call and not get an answer. This has happened many times in the past, but it wasn't until today that I found out they purposely don't answer. To top it off, she got the order wrong. I definitely won't be coming back!

They never answer the phone. Hostesses are too into their personal phones to worry about taking phone orders. This location also doesn't accept inline orders compounding the bad

First of all I placed an order online because no one would answer the phone. Then there is one poor guy all alone running the register and making the food. Get the poor guy some help!! He did great considering he’s ALONE!

UPDATE 1/22/24 still have not received a refund nor a call and I did not get my food at all… I ordered online and they told me did not received the order, they did not gave me a place to call to get a refund so I lost 30 dollars and ended up with no food they couldn’t give me a phone or anything even when I showed them the order confirmation. The manager Marcos told me he couldn’t do anything and the girls in the front were laughing in front super rude the manager told me their names were Amanda and Clarissa they had a vape on their hands and were drinking and putting their cups were the food is at and on the counter they were also on their phones. Very unhygienic and unprofessional

Walked in tables were a mess, they offered to wipe my table after i asked to wipe it myself i wiped my table after asking for a rag which another guest asked for it to wipe his own table. Thereafter they started taking trash out since it was full for what it looked like to be an hour lack of service, understand it’s an expressway but this place is horrible to the wing daddy name

Soda Machine was out only Tea may I add the cashier with glasses (Jaqueline) is absolutely rude!!!!! She seems like she absolutely hates her job worst customer service I’ve ever experienced cut me off at mid order just dropped off our food tray at our table no words no nothing it’s 9:00pm not close to closing she slammed chairs and tables just disappointed get her out of the front other than that everybody else was very kind

The food is good . The service is minimal. They attend to your basic needs but make no effort to go above and beyond. One server on phone, other taking orders. The line is 4 deep and no effort is made to speed up process.
