Spent a lot of money on wings we couldn’t eat. We ordered honey hot (level 1) and they were so hot our entire table couldn’t eat them. Ask about their spice level prior to ordering a lot of wings here. We like hot food and couldn’t stand to eat more than 1. Appetizers we ordered were good. We couldn’t ever find our waitress….had to ask other people to get us refills to try and eat the 50 wings we ordered. It took us 27 minutes just to pay for our meal we couldn’t eat, and that made things worse. I hate writing bad reviews but for not being busy the service should not of been this bad. My husband went to the bar to ask them to just run our card so we could leave and her bad attitude made things even worse. We won’t ever return.

Extremely poor quality and service. They get orders wrong multiple times, accuse customers of lying, and they will question you when you have proof of the wrong orders given. Manager is no help. The servers are rude. Food has gone down in quality as well. Skip this place for sure.

Our visits to Wing Daddys on Mesa are always the best. We love the food and are always treated well. We recently had a birthday party for our grandson, a party of 12. Our waitress Julie was great! All the managers are great also and always come by to say hi! We try to go once to twice a month. Best potato salad ever!!!Kid-friendliness: I see many people with their families. They provide high chairs and booster seats. Kid meals are good, I even have one on occasion ?Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely wheelchair friendly.
DO NOT ORDER TO GO! i ordered to go three times here and they mess up my order EVERY TIME. First i paid for extra ranch and they don't provide any of it and on top of that they dont do the order correctly. How does someone order a mushroom burger and receive it with no mushrooms? The girls are extremely rude when you question the service too. TERRIBLE

I ordered a 36 boneless and received 26 but the manager took care of it pretty quick, and responded for the mistake as well. Very nice and excellent serviceKeep up with it.Is the only location that I like to eat in or even for take outArcraft and transmountain very bad service Everytime that I went. Rude and they don't even give plates or forks if you don't ask for them. You have to get up for everything for someone to give you service.

Place is always dirty, while the table have not been picked up. ALL the girls are on their phones. Waitresses are never around for refills. Instead of the manager telling them what to do. He's by the bathroom flirting with them. Reason I go is because the cooks are doing it right. But what good is good food if it gets cold on the window.

So what time do you close and what is the point in being open if you can’t take orders 40 minutes before closing??

I used to like this place. I don't get here often as I don't live in EP any longer. I am sad to say this place has fallen far from a place I would recommend. Service was weak, food not good at all, and this place was dead for a Monday night with a good football game on.

Avoid this place , was my favorite months ago NO No more , Rude staff , they do not honor the Wednesday special, and wrong order in top , the cherry ? They use the phone for personal stuff blocking orders, Let me elaborate , Tried to place an order by phone for one hour , busy number , decided to go to the restaurant, all servers ignore you and avoid eye contact , and I am a handsome guy :) After 7 minutes one girl asked for my pick up order , told her I want to order to take out 20 chicken strips, I never had a so cold attitude , rushed me to the bar in bad manners , I ordered pretty easy , no extras just the strips and sauce on the side , she tend me the ticket with 100% overcharge and WRONG flavors (only asked for 2 flavors and one was wrong )Is fine I will eat any flavor I am not picky , but ticket do not show any special but tip Asked about the Wednesday special and she told me "My manager said : not for pick up " New rule ?? Never heard about this and I used to buy this special every week even twice in a day ,Restaurant smell dirty water ; but attitude was the most remarkable I am very surprised how bad this business treat you I do not recommend you to come here , avoid to all cost, or remember this review when it happen to you
