I love wing daddys but this location is just horrible with customer service. We went on a Saturday during the day and the place was empty. Our server sat us down and never came back to our table. She was just on her phone by the fountain machine. We just got up and left.

Worst service... total of 7 people here... 4 girls over there talking.... I go over and say EXCUSE ME can I get some service... one girl says ill be right there... SHE STANDS THERE talking for 3 more minutes talking,,, TO me it seemed 15 min... she finally walks over really slow and appears to be having a Bad Day... look like she was crying.... I'm sympathetic, but keep it at home... I'm already having a terrible day... dont need drama Just a beer...my. bad they all look depressed.... he'll GIve Em a Big RAISE.... Waitresses making nothing..it's ALL TIPS... if no one's here to Tip.... well I get it...

I called an hour in advance to order and pick up. I get there at the time I supposed to pick up; 23 minutes later my order was ready! And I order ALL DRUMS and I get all classic wings.

Food was delicious it took a bit longer then we expected but for how good the food was today it was worth it, compliments to the cooks they had on staff today. Strips were tender and not greasy, and the sweet potato fries were cooked perfectly, best quality food we'd had there in a while.

Food order was completely wrong by disgraceful server. She had a very poor attitude and definitely does not belong in customer service. I did not remember her name as it is definitely not worth my time trying to know what it is. She messed up the order and didn’t even know the menu. So many mistakes for such a simple order. Missed my daughter’s order and food was cold. She ghosted us for a long while. I spoke to the manager, Chris and he was very apologetic. He comped over 80% of our meal. I will never be back.
Food was great, kudos to the chef. Place was 90% empty. The waitress we were supposed to have never showed, so the host that seated us turned out to be our waitress. We (husband) literally had to get up and ask for a second drink. We finished our drink and asked for the check...we we're charged incorrectly on the drinks. We were there during their happy hour but weren't charged happy hour prices. Needless to say, the experience was bad. We love Wing Daddy's on old hueco! Won't return to the one on montwood.

Been disappointed the past few times we’ve tried to go. I’ve ordered through DoorDash and it was delayed over an hour until I finally cancelled it. We tried going to dine in and after 20 minutes of no one coming to our table we left. The other times we ordered the sauce is always wrong, with spicy bbq instead of honey bbq.

When I asked I hear "the wings are bigger and take longer to cook...there next up...waiting on wings" wings didn't seem larger than normal and should have been cooked longer. Very disappointed with wait time of nearly an hour and service. Wings were fatty and over seasoned.
