I was taken aback by the unwelcoming atmosphere during my recent visit for a takeout order. The pregnant staff member who greeted me displayed rudeness and a negative attitude, leaving me in disbelief. I entered with a smile, eager to enjoy my experience, only to leave feeling as though I had done something wrong. It is crucial for your business to reconsider the suitability of this individual in a customer-facing role or to implement immediate retraining. No customer deserves to be treated poorly, and I urge you to enhance your customer service standards.

Sat at the Bar waiting for a Friend. Seeing a Young lady walk in very friendly laughing and talking with Others who came in. Looked like she was waiting for takeout. The Women behind the bar were brutally rude. I felt guilty spending my money here watching and hearing them be disrespectful then proceed to laugh about her as she leaves. They need a lesson in customer service.

Unbelievably Rude Customer Service, Had A pregnant Woman Help me And She was Beyond Rude. Her Attitude was Not welcoming. She needs to be Talked too. Talking Crap about Customers, laughing At Customers as soon as they leave your establishment. Im shocked at How she displayed herself. Save yourself from disgusting behavior. Go to a different location.

Worst service I've seen in awhile. Pregnant lady is Crazy rude. Staring people down. Rolling her eyes. Twerking behind the bar is wild. If you like cheap service this is the spot. What a shame.

Don't waiste your money on Monday shrimp special most of it is bread this is the first time I really was disappointed with the menu I eat a few times a month here first time I try Monday shrimp.not good at all.

The food would have been good if my server got me silverware😑 i wanted a virgin mocktail margarita, and they put alcohol in it and mind you babe im not 21. the server was barely around and when we tried to talk to her she would just walk away she quite literally didn’t understand what we were saying. super annoyed by the service. the wings we’re disgusting. 0/10. And i didn’t receive a new mock tail drink she just took it off my receipt even tho she didn’t ask if i wanted a new one.

Great place for a mid day beer with lunch. The habanero black raspberry sauce was pretty good overall, though nowhere near as hot as I prefer. Overall, the wings were crisp even with the sauce.
