The worst wing daddy's in El Paso County. Food took 1 hr for a to go order because bartender forgot to put in the order. No empathy from your manager Rosa whose excuse was that it was a Monday. Gosh it's Monday gal you work at wing Daddys come on. Get better managers for this location otherwise start closing down because with managers like this it's inevitable. I've never come on here to post a bad review but y'all really deserve it. :(

I put in an order for pick up at 3:54pm and the girl that took the phone order said it would be ready in 15 minutes.. I get there and as usual, it's not ready. They finally brought it out at 4:55pm,an hour later.. They did not even try to apologize for the inconvenience or comp me or anything. They were all very rude and didn't look like they wanted to be at work in the first place. As I was leaving the bar area where I picked up my order, I guess there was something greasy on the floor and I slipped and fell. I mean the floors are pretty disgusting there. Not ONE employee asked if I was ok or offered to help me up. I eventually was helped up by an older lady that was dining with her family. I told the staff to "clean their effin floors".. Oh and yes, I will be filing a formal complaint. This was at the 7500 N. Mesa location and the girl that took my order was Fernanda. As usual, no manager in sight either.

The Wing Daddys on Lee Trevino has the worst service. Everytime I go they take forever to prepare my order

Please do something about your location in Airway, they never answer the phone. I have call 4 different occasions during the year to place lunch orders for my team (called early as soon they open) due to the orders amount. No answer and when you go in person to order because they don't answer, the staff it's just not happy to help customers. The only reason I have tried there its because it's the closest to the office, other wise I would drive somewhere else. This place certainly needs coaching. I think going forward I will take my business to hooters or track one.

Went to the wing daddys in zaragoza and nloop they charged me about 64$ and cents they messed up my order and did not get what i was to receive. Been calling corp office about this situation and they do not want to resolve my issue i guess i will need a lawyer i have all evidence i been avoided

I showed up with 10 people this evening. All had masks except for the two kids under 10 (which the Governors order says 10 and under are exempt from masks) and myself who has several medical conditions (1 being Lupus which I am in the mist of a flareup, the 2nd being fluid build up around my lungs/heart/kidneys) that pose a greater risk to me wearing a mask than me not wearing a mask. The Governors order also states that masks are exempt if one poses a greater physical or mental health risk. Tonight I was sorely disappointed to find out that yall would not serve us if all of us including the baby did not wear a mask. I was disappointed to see yall not following the Governors orders. I even showed my Dr. exempt form. I even called ahead to explain we were coming in with a large party and that all but one of us could wear masks, they didn't tell us there would be a problem with that. We would have chosen elsewhere to go. I have notified the Governor, who we happen to know personally thanks to our foundation who he works closely with in helping Veterans as well as the Mayor. I have also notified the groups for New Braunfels. Tomorrow, I plan on writing this in reviews on Yelp, Google, Facebook, and taking to Twitter. I also plan on writing a blog that will include yalls name that is seen by thousands of people all over. Please read and make sure you understand all of the Governors order. While I understand you want to protect your employees and other guests, you also have to protect those who cannot wear a mask. That includes children, especially babies, and the medically exempt. Wearing a mask from the door to the table is not going to protect your employees or others. Especially since our waitress handled our cell phones and most definitely didn't keep 6ft back.Please make sure you are know, understand and are following all that the order states. I'd hate to see another business go out of business.

Wings were a little soggy when they arrived. An order of 10 were 5 drumsticks and 5 wings. Friendly waitress brought me samples of two sauces to to try before I ordered. Place is bigger inside then looks from the street. $15 for 10 wings and an ice tea. Value = average. Food = average. Service = great.

My parents were in town and we decided to do takeout from the location on Eastlake Drive which is not far from home. Service was slow; it took 40 minutes to get the order and the chicken wings and shrimp were excessively greasy and lukewarm. I took pictures, however thought it best not to post them. They do have some positive reviews. Perhaps our experience was an oddity.

The most disgusting place by far. They gave us cold shrimp and returned it. They came back and said it was fresh yet the piece we bit into was still THERE!!! We asked where the manager was they said in the KITCHEN! Lmao!!! I can't even imagine what goes on back there I could just BARF!!! Sadly the manager never came out to talk to us. Probably some little half dresssed kid like the rest of the staff!
